Usually doesn’t have what you need. Suggest Mt. Pleasant or Stanford location as they are bigger and tend to have inventory

The store was up to HD usual excellent standards with friendly staff and well stocked shelves.

I have a very bad experience with the register, Jayleen of Gardening at Home Depot of Port Chester, New York. She had a very bad attitude and even does not have name tag or batch on her. She refused to call the manager and I had no choice but back to the customer service and complain to the Assistant Manager Ellie. I hope the HD management team can look into this incident. Why HD employee at the HD register told the customer she did not work for HD, no name tag, no badge and refuse to call the Manager ?

Store has anything you’d need and is clean and well lighted. More people on the floor to assist customers would be nice. The people I was dealing with were nice and respectful.

be careful ordering for online delivery from this store. items listed as 'in stock' are many times out of stock. and the store will simply cancel part of your order and deliver the rest without telling you. me for example, I paid $9 delivery for a $3 ball of twine after everything else was essentially out of stock (despite there showing plenty in stock on homedepot.com.)

This store carries a large variety of products and services the employees at this sight are helpful and friendly

First off I know we and the retailers are all dealing with this pandemic and unprecedented times. But that does not excuse the idiotic and unprofessional business practice I experienced at this store. We ordered 7 pieces of pressure treated 2x4's of 3 different sizes and a single adapter for a washer machine all of which was in stock. The online status said estimated pickup was same day but reality means not same day. I called yesterday to get an update and was told that the list is so long for orders that the HD rep was scrolling and scrolling and did not even get to our names yet. He even said that this means I may not be able to pickup for 3 to 5 days. Well we needed the part for the new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen so my wife ran in yesterday to buy it separately. Figured we would return the other one from the online order. She could not take a wood order that day if she wanted to as there was not room in vehicle. She planned on going this morning to get the wood order. I received an email this morning that shows a credit for the wood we ordered. As if it was canceled. Called the store and the phone rings off the hook. It is like this at two HD stores. I call for anything and the phone literally rings forever in port chester and in mt pleasant the recording just says they can not handle the call at this time. I have to tell the automated recording I am looking for a store manager, and then the call picks up. Woman first told me I have to go to fedex to pickup my order. I did not understand that part. I do have a 2nd part of the order that is to be delivered to my home my 5-29. She researched and called back to tell me the order was canceled because they don't have the capacity to pull the wood from the shelf. I was floored. That makes no sense. HD employee then said that I could order curbside. I said, that is what my online order is, curbside pickup. Then she corrected herself and told me I could go into the store. Duh. I already knew that. So I asked typical common sense question and got the typical attitude back. I asked, going forward, when I want to place and online order/curbside order, how do I know what I can or cannot order that won't be canceled. She said she did not know. She said when I go there I can ask the women in the back. Not sure what "women in the back" means. So you see, even if this is going to be excuses by blaming the pandemic, the people don't answer calls and they don't have answers to the questions. I was calling since 8:03am when I received the email showing a credit for the order. Nothing in the email stated the order was actually canceled. One last thing, I order for delivery about $3000 worth or product, a bunch of pressure treated lumber, materials etc to build a huge multi level treehouse with playhourses on them. Ordered from the Mt Pleasant store Pro desk. Woman cannot give me an estimated date for delivery. Mind you I spoke to that same woman a week prior to my order and asked for estimated delivery date and she said she could not tell me until I placed the order. That in itself is ridiculous. But after placing the order, she still never told me an estimated delivery. I called yesterday, a week after placing the order and she still does not have a clue. All the products I ordered are in stock at the Mt Pleasant store also. No special orders to delay things.

Best home depot in the tri state area. I’ve shopped in the Norwalk ct and in a few in Quincy Ma when I lived there. This one is la crème de la crème .

The associate in the plumbing department was not helpful. In addition, she was rude, condescending and made derogatory comments. In addition, the replacement part she recommended was wrong. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

The store is well located in the heart of the City, near to highway, very convenience commute from White Plains.

After having a very strange heated issue with checkout Associated, store Manager and Associate Managers, as well as District Manager were summoned to investigate and resolve,

Love this store. Only shop at night when I know I’ll get helped. Morning cashiers aren’t as friendly but your wonderful night team sure makes up for it. Knowledgeable friendly and willing to help in any area of store. I only come here!

Parking lot is somewhat small, but the store has friendly staff. Thanks to Jeff for a pleasant shopping experience!

Of all the Home Depot stores I've been to, and they have been many, this is by far the best in customer service and all around friendliness and employee competence.

Everyone is friendly

The Associates were all very helpful. They took the time to help with my order. The employee from the flooring/tiling area are the best workers ever. Great job all! Audrey, Vandam (not sure of the spelling of his name)... You are an asset to this company.

This store is conveniently located. You usually find people willing to help even costumers such as myself will give you tips and recommendations about your next task at hand.

I have never been to the Home Depot above when I wasn't helped/assisted by friendly, knowledgeable in every department. The person who is the greater at the door is very helpful about where things are. Cashiers are friendly. The parking lot is rather messy, but inside the store is clean.
