Just bought a dryer from Home Depot in Portsmouth. Excellent service. Worth the drive for me.

I paid an additional 300.00 to have a new door I purchased painted I’m ok with that what is NOT ok is charging me 125.00 because I paid to have it painted and because you have to be careful now not to damage it ..wouldn’t that just be a given. Then you add insult to injury by offering a military discount my total was $1821.33 the discount $6.41 ..you should just be embarrassed DO BETTER …needless to say this will be my last purchase at Home Depot ..some will say I could have gone elsewhere at that point the time invested it didn’t make sense

I had a bad experience. Ordered the flooring and had it in my home only to be told by the installers that this flooring cannot be installed in every home. My floor was not level enough which should have been discovered when Home Depot sent out their person who did the measuring and floor analysis.

Best hardware store in the Chesapeake square area. Really nice to be able to get what I need in a hurry.

If you are looking for exemplary service at this location seek out Jason Roberts, who modeled an extraordinary example of excellent service. He is the go to guy that undetstands that customers are not interuptions to your day, but people who want to feel like they matter to the success of the business. He is knowledgeable about lawnmowers, which is what I purchased, and was quite satisfied.

Clean store with very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I drive from Gates, NC to come here never disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with Dashinique who works in the customer service department. She was not only courteous and friendly, but she went out of her way to get us the information on a particular patio set we wanted to purchase. She is an asset to the store.

The employees in this store are exceptional. They collaborate together and have fostered an environment that is friendly to the everyday consumer. I wish there was a location closer to where I live but I am willing to travel 45 minutes from home to shop at this Home Depot. Nothing beats great customer service. I was directed to the specific isle where the product I was shopping for was located. I didn't have to wonder around the store with the deer in the headlights look. LOL

The store was clean all items was stock in bulk fashion. The crew greeted you so friendly. Plus it wasn't a long wait at the registers. And they was a helpful.
