We bought a shower surround and had a great experience with two wonder people. Brandi and Greg are amazing and extremely helpful and friendly!!

Rosemary and Amanda were amazing on helping us get an order placed for cabinets when the cabinet person wasn’t there. Steve directed us to Rosemary who worked with me in getting the order placed for a project on our house an hour and half away. They were so delightful and helped make the process easier and fun. The store was short staffed but they went out of their way to help us as well as other people in the interim working with all our details! Cuddos to the staff, Steve and Al that helped load items into the truck! It was a great way to end our day celebrating 40 years of marriage! Thank you for making it a delightful place to irk with on our home improvement project!

I was trying to get this project going as quickly as possible,,,Your staff did this by helping me out with 4/8 sheets of plywood loaded on my Orange cart, rang me up,,, and was a female ‘’Tara’’ I couldn’t believe it ,,, this is a nother reason I don’t want to shop anywhere else,. But the Home Depot Bravo!!!

Drove from Denver to find out the item I called about wasn’t even in stock even after calling and was told yes it was there. Amazing customer service by the store manager Ezra and Amanda

I went shopping for a water heater and washer and dryer. My experience was fabulous since I had no idea what I was doing. If you get the chance to get Roberta as your helper you are blessed!! She’s wonderful and will help you with anything sure can!! Great store! Thank you! I received my water heater 3 days before scheduled.

We drove from Canon City to Pueblo Colorado to purchase interior doors for our home. This was our first time to this Home Depot in Pueblo, we will be going back. The employees were very helpful and friendly, making up feel valued.

Gabriel and Alexandra were both insanely helpful! Definitely will be returning as i progress through my DIY repairs at home! There were many other employees we encountered that were also very helpful, i just don’t recall their names.

Nicky and Greg were very kind and helped me find three different items. They made sure I knew what I was buying and showed me less expensive alternatives.

Every time we shop at the Home Depot in Pueblo, Colorado, the employees there make sure we get what we need, even if it’s just answers.

This was our second purchase and delivery set up through the Pueblo store. Both deliveries were handled professionally and efficiently. I'd especially like to thank the gents in contractor sales, Ernest and Marcelo, for all their help and showing interest in our orders. Also like to thank our delivery driver for such an efficient job off loading both deliveries. Unfortunately I failed to get his name. The Pueblo store has been a great experience forus.

I have needed products to do home projects and Home Depot seems to have improved over the years since I've been a customer.

Wanted fall flowers, came across Halloween as good as Spirit Halloween. Service and support from Savannah was absolutely world class. We didn't ask for help but she offered and was with us throughout our shopping adventure. She even brought us a cart because we bought too much to carry. I came in for one small plant

A pretty good shopping trip. The paint department was empty, but the worker was busy with another customer. When he (Lucas) got to me he knew the job, answered my questions, and filled my order on point!

Several bad experiences. I will avoid Home Defect as much as possible

I’ve had to go to other stores when I’m traveling and I’ve always been disappointed in the customer service and associates lack of knowledge ( ex. Sending you down the wrong isle or area of the store when you ask for assistance.) Now I just wait until I’m close to a Home Depot to shop for what I need!

Needed a washer and dryer quickly. Ron Lee helped and made the whole transaction happen over the phone. Couldn’t be more pleased to have a new washer and dryer on the way!

Purchased a refrigerator and microwave. Ron Lee made the whole experience very satisfying. If you want knowledge and questions answered, Ron's your guy!
