Employees are unfriendly and just not there, no staff ever acknowledged me!?

I stopped in to purchase some pegboard and hangers. I am a veteran and have the QR code on my phone in their app. I also had a gift card that was digital to use on this trip. Mona, the cashier, was very patient and helpful as I navigated through all this on my phone, making this a pleasant shopping experience.

I bought levels and drills last time I went and same experience over and over very helpful and everyone so knowledgeable! I’m so happy I bought everything there

Went in looking for rubber feet and wet dry vac filters. Jenn greatedus as we came thru HD doors! She asked can I help you? Yes, where do we find the above items? She knew exactly where they were! Excellent directions! And she explained the new qr thing for mil discount. Wow! Such customer service and the store was stocked with what we needed which is big these days!

As a spouse of a veteran, I was very disappointed with the service at this particular Home Depot in Pueblo. Not only was Tara at the Customer Service Desk rude and condescending but she gave us less than what we were actually going to receive from our 10% military discount. There were some items that did not qualify for the 10% off but after placing the same exact order online, my actual total was $222.10 and NOT $230.97. We were given a $3.97 discount when it should have been $16.07. Tara made sure to let me know that it was going to take a while for her to go through each item on the receipt and I told her, had I known this was going to be a problem, I would have placed the order online. She responded by saying that I couldn't get the discount online. I corrected her and told her that we've received the discount with every order we've placed online.

Went to Home Depot to purchase a much needed door for a customer, and after looking around, found that they had several doors still in stock with more stacked against a wall. Also had a wide variety of Storm doors to choose from as well.

This home depot carries most of what I need all but a few items. The employees most of them are great. Today is the first time I've had an issue with an employee. SHE was very RUDE and DOESN'T KNOW what the store carries. I don't know her name she's wearing pink today. She needs work on her customer service and her lack of knowledge of what the store carries! I needed rain suits as it's going to rain today and tomorrow. I asked her where they are. She said we don't carry rain suits! I bought some from here before I told her. So she asked another employee he said I haven't seen them lately. She responded, I didn't think so! She then walked away! He said if we have any look on isle 13 right side on the bottom shelf. They're fully stocked purchased two. I didn't see the last in pink so we told the cashier what had happened. Then we asked her to let the lady in pink know that they do carry rain suits. The gentleman that told us where to look then came back inside and made sure we found the item we were looking for.
