Purchased two trim stop pieces # 095624512411. Was charged for 16. I think it was a honest mistake, but I will see if they rectify it when I return to the store.

I'm in this store twice a week or more - it's my goto place. The inventory is plentiful. The help is plentiful. And the people are generally happy. So nice to shop at the Punta Gorda store.

The cashier (female) in outdoor/garden section happily and enthusiastically greets incoming patrons and just as wonderfully checks them out.

My sister and I were in Punta Gorda due to a family emergency. We had to close our parent’s 5th wheel for the season for them due to being in the ICU. We couldn’t find what we needed and saw some boxes up above. One employee said it wasn’t what we needed. Then Walter and Laurie came along, took a staircase up, and opened new boxes for us. Although Walter did the heavy lifting, he insisted we shout out Laurie, who was right beside him helping. We appreciate so much the extra help and making our difficult job a bit easier. Thank you! Linda, the cashier, in the garden center went way above and beyond to express her greetings for the Easter holiday. She is full of spirit, a great asset to the store. There was an abundance of new plants and supplies. Great store!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL

If you are lucky enough to find the clerk Gail and have Tammy check you out of the store , you should be satisfied with your experience.

You know the drill: stores usually have either excellent customer service or you can’t find anyone to help. I’ve been shopping at the store for two years and have had excellent service every time I shop.

Your set up charge for a microwave install is extremely pricey. Like WOW pricey. It was almost 50% of the cost of the microwave so I didn't purchase it. Micro was $268 and install was $129!! Unbelievable! Wave the install charge and ill purchase the microwave. Would have given u 5 stars if not for that. Would recommend only because of great sales people.

Was hung up on by a call center support agent while on the phone in the store with cashier. John engaged the manager Chad who both showed EXCELLENT dedication to customers support and satisfaction. Thank you Chad and John for going above and beyond to help support my company.

My family was able to find a nice Christmas tree, and we had a wonderful experience work with the friendly, polite, and helpful employees!

They told me everything I needed to know

I went into the store to get some caulk. I saw a display with digital timers which would be perfect for my new Christmas lights set up at my new house so I don’t have to keep going outside to turn them on and off. The lady at self checkout was super friendly and joking with me and I appreciated that. I wish I could remember her name.

Are putting trex decking down now and love how it looks and quality is excellent!

This is not the closest HD but it is my store of choice. Great employees.

Employees in lumber area were great 👍 cashier Aalyah was rude and seemed annoyed she had to work today.

Today I was helped upon entering the store by Julie. She sent and got an electric cart for me as I'm on a scooter, without me even asking. When I checked out Collen helped me check out due to the scooter issue. two made my day ! They enhanced my shopping experience greatly.

We bought a stove today and Rosa was our cashier, very knowable and helpful.

Great customer service

Had two quick items to check out, and there were six employees just standing at the service desk just chatting. I very nicely asked if they could possibly check me out, and the one woman turned her back on me, sighed very loudly, and then said (kind of under her breath and with quite an attitude) oh, I guess so, come around to the register. That point I just went to the self check out because I don’t need that kind of attitude. Obviously, Home Depot doesn’t train their employees, and certainly doesn’t need repeat business because no one in their right mind would go back to a store if being treated like that.

This location has excellent team members that go out of their way to be sure you are being helped and have what you need. Great location!

Love the garden area, can always find a “surprise” for myself. And I like that I can go online and find out if they have in stock what I’m looking for, and what aisle what bin it’s in😊

I bought washer and dryer that needed to be stacked . Delivery issues were resolved by Chad and Brian in a professional and courteous manner . Great to have such good customer service.

My wife and I have been shopping here since it’s Opening. We always go here First for Appliances, tools, garden household products etc. We shop here because the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When we need to Return something we have never had a problem doing so! Neither of us are “shoppers” so we like to get in and out ASAP. This store Works for US!

A waste of hours to solve a problem made worse by Home Depot, that hurt. I was told by a manager they could help me obtain my home improvement needs due to a botched order that turned out to be a bait and switch. The explanation was worse than the fumbled order.

Can't say enough about the Punta Gorda Home Depot. I have never experienced such a welcoming, kind staff that is so eager to help. I have only had the most positive experiences with this store! Wish all Home Depots were this fabulous!!!!
