HDepot provided our new kitchen cabinets. Remodeled bathroom. Three redesign closets. Today new blinds. All good.

The lady who is the assistant general manager ignored me and my questions. She was too busy on her cell phone to listen to a customer with a problem. I had bought a bro and new cub cadet riding mower this morning from my local Home Depot. I rented a trailer from their rental dept to bring it home. They did start it at the store and it seemed to work perfectly. Once getting it home and returning the trailer I went out to mow the yard. It wouldn’t stay running. Kept shutting down. I went back to the store to ask what could be done about it. I was referred to the assistant general manager. I can’t remember her name but after my experience a few other people have the same feelings about her as I do now. She saw me walk you to her and preceded to play on her cell phone. She then looked up acting surprised to see me. I started to explain the situation and she interrupted me and said she already took care of it. I said oh okay. She what are we doing. She said she told the rental dept to discount a rental trailer to me to get the broken tractor and bring it back. I couldn't believe that was her response. I told her that wasn’t acceptable and she simply said well there’s nothing I can do. And looked back at her phone. I asked her if there was another one in the area i could go pick up and she said she would need the sku number to look that up. Again staring at her phone. Tom saved the deal. I just wanted my money back and to go somewhere else to buy it. I’ve never been treated like that from a “manager” and was completely turned off. Tom saved the deal tho. Made everything right. Gave me all my money back from the rental trailer and is sending a truck to my house tomorrow to pick up the broken mower. However, two other “supervisors” took very good care of me. I went back for the 6th time today with the intentions of asking for all my money back and Tom made me feel a lot better. So as of now I will wait for another mower to be put together and delivered to my house.

I went there to buy a ridding lawn mower and that experience was great all around. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience with cashier Samatha on 05/24/23 made my experience very pleasant warm and she smiled all through the transaction! Also she check on available for pavers. and today with customer service gal transferring my call was great and friendly. Also sent Steve taking my pickup order was very good.

This store is wonderful. Great customer service. When there is a problem they help bring solution til satisfaction.

The lady in self checkout will turn your day! Not all employees are bad. Just this one!!!!

The lady behind the desk in the plumbing section was rude, short and lazy

While walking through the store, I witnessed a fight that almost happened between a lumber associate named Jim and a customer, he’s very unprofessional and needs to be fired for getting into a customer face and talking the way he did to the customer. That kind of person should not work in a place like Home Depot. I went back to see if he was still there and he is, what does that tell you about the upper management? If anyone has a number that I could call to report this situation please let me know.

What I really like about store 6950 is the friendliness. Punta Gorda is a small town and this store offers that small town feeling. The employees live locally which means we all share the same values. Exactly what I want, a good neighbor who works at the place I shop.

Would like to see younger people who are maybe starting their careers.

Go above and beyond their areas to help…plus know their store to help you find things. Pleasant and clean to shop. I don’t know if I should say this but there is a Home Depot cat that gives you the at home feel (I don’t even have a cat)

The employee"s are happy to help out, which is not normal in todays world

My typical trip to Home Depot consists of taking in my shopping list, finding what I'm there to get, & then leave.

They say advise is what your willing to pay for it. Not here at Home Depot in Punta Gorda. I heard from friends I have met in Port Charlotte and my new home Punta Gorda, if you have a question or have a problem ask at the desk for a man named "Red" amazing his knowledge! And his willingness to share, he leads you to the right products and makes suggestions. He has transformed my landscape!

Things are scrambled out of order, in the wrong sections of the store! So hard to find what one wants and no one knows where anything is even if it is available.

Employees are the best example of what's employees should be.

everything I buy from Home Depot is great because if something is not wright they well take care with in reason
