The girl in plumbing goes above and beyond and covers all areas for any project im working on.

I was taken back by the customer service given by Missy today, she stopped and took the time to say hello and make sure I was getting all the items I was looking for. She said something worthy of repeating so I will hear. She said she treats each customer how she would want her parents treated if they came in to shop and someone else was helping them. It’s as simple as that she added. I just thought that’s admirable.

Frustrated and lack of professional knowledge is the usual interaction at Home Depot

With so many other home improvements around, do yourself a favor a avoid this store at all costs

I've seen many complaints about Home Depot but quite frankly I have never had anything but great service from them. Sure, I've occasionally had to look a bit to find someone to help me but for the more often than not I get friendly help. They almost always have what I need when I need it and when they don't online orders can get what I need to me pretty quickly.

I recently moved and remodeled my new home. I use to live closer to the Windsor and Santa Rosa stores and I preferred the Windsor from the two. Now I live in Sebastopol closer to the Rohnert Park store and I really enjoy shopping at that store so much more. I find really friendly and helpful employees at this store. They just seem more professional at this location.

I wanted a pint of blue paint, gave him the paint chop and the idiot made beige. how lame can a person be.

He was both knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He also showed me the correct tools to install my lock set.

It is very helpful to see the aisle number and description when I am looking for various products.

I recently purchased new carpet in-store with help from Cliff and team. These guys did a great job helping me to select the right carpet for my family's needs, taking into consideration I have small children, stairs and several high traffic areas I was looking to install the carpet. They were nothing short of excellent! And made the entire process pain free. Install is also free so that's a nice bonus.

I love this store. They almost always have whatever it is I need. And if it's something I don't know how to use, an employee has always come to my aid to explain it to me. I appreciate the staff at store #0641 more than I could ever say.

Had some trouble with my flooring order. Base molding was missing when they delivered the plank flooring. Took a long time to get this fixed. Emails and phone calls don't work. Better to go in person to this store. There are a lot of new people there. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because before COVID I would have given 5 stars.

Why doesn't Home Depot invest in more employees? There is no one there, no one to help. I can NEVER find an expert in any department. I dread shopping there but don't have time to run around to other specialty stores to pick out stuff so I endure the pain and frustration EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there to pick up an online order or find something. The employees are quite nice. Most completely with no experience unfortunately. The IT Systems are poor at best and employees can't find info they need. The employees constantly apologize for the delay, mixup, confusion etc. but apologies don't get my hours back. Time is money for renovators. Why doesn't Home Depot staff up???

I bought this key today. The clerk said a 99% chance of success. The key doesn't even fit in the key hole. It was the worst key copy I have ever had.

I needed help with buying some power tools of which I am not very knowledgeable. The guy they sent to help me just said 'I don't know' and wandered away. No attempt to inquire on what I was needing or to get someone else to help me. More than obvious that he did not like 'my kind of people'.

I went to Home Depot today and - wouldn't you know it - what I wanted was on the top shelf, way beyond the reach of any human. I was lucky enough to be helped by Joe Perez who stopped what he was doing to help me. He closed off the aisle, got the heavy lifting equipment, helped me check out and even helped me get my purchases safely into my car. it felt like having a personal shopper!

good selection, helpful cheerful staff. only problem was plywood inventory was low and disorganized (sizes mixed up).

I''m not a handyman, construction worker, or in any related trade. My local Home Depot has been a source for many of my home improvement chores/ideas as well as a source for craft/hobby supplies. I'm thankful to have them in my town/community
