Linda in customer service always makes shopping at Home Depot an excellent experience. Smart, efficient and attentive to details. A great listener and has the ability to make shopping at Home Depot always a positive experience.

save your money and your breath. this store is a complete joke. I walked in asking for a price match on a certain scaffold. when i actually found a cashier. she was inmediatly told by management to tell me to find another store to go. I then asked to speak with a manager who then showed up in the LEAST urgent matter possible and accompanied with an unmasked associate. when i spoke with Laura she was standing 6'+ apart when the ENTIRE time she was approaching, she was right next to an unmasked person?... weird. but when i asked for a discount on a item that i found online for WAY cheaper. she said "we cant do that..." i said ok but i will buy it ONLY because i need it at the time and my guys were waiting. i then demanded the name of the manager that asked to tell me to go elsewhere. Laura then says the cashier does not remember telling me that when she literally just told me in my face 10 minutes ago. Laura then says she cant over decide over her cashiers because that would cause the cashier to "feel bad". i wanted to laugh so hard becuase i have a business to run and in business there are no feelings... Laura did not engage with the matter, nor asked the right questions and did not even train her cashiers about appropiate communication. the funny part about all this is that the entire time, the store manager did not make eye contact, approach or even de escalated the situation. mark dennis just stood by watching like a perverted peeping tom with not even an apron on a busy saturday morning.

Store layout was simple and everything is easy to find.

Not just this store but Home depot in regards to having to order anything. Orders are never seamless, always have a problem getting orders correct or on time.

Online shows you have 58 pieces of a certain wood. When I called in I provided the sku number and name of the product to the employee and he told me that he went to “look” and only found 10. I asked why it shows they have 58 pieces online if he only has 10, he said I shouldn’t believe that number, it’s never accurate. I find this ridiculous. I would understand if online showed 1 or 2 pieces, but 58!! I think he didn’t even bother to look thoroughly. I needed the wood anyways, when I showed up there was actually 25 pieces.

Jennifer at the service desk was awesome. Getting any help in the shower/bath isle number 40 was ridiculous! Waited over 20 min and had person paged 3 times and got NO help. Finally gave up and went to customer service. Definitely wont go to HD in Rohnert Park if i dont have to!

Had an interaction in the rental department and it was awesome! Gary went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed and was willing to take the time to show me exactly how to use the product! Very much appreciated his help and love the fact that there is a rental department!

Nice and clean store. Hopefully San Rafael can learn something from this.

Employees do not follow social distancing. Employee hovered around me at the self check almost touching me. I don't know where she's been or who she's been in contact with. Ive lost two family member to Covid-19 and i don't want to be the next

I had no issues finding the products I needed. I received a Greeting coming and going. And assistance while there. Yes the store was clean and everything in its place. Your associates, we’re very kind, and helpful. Especially your associate Vanessa. Because of Vanessa I will return to shop, at the Rohnert Park Store. And will encourage my friends to do so. Vanessa is one of those employees every Employer wish they had. Thank you for the positive experience.

I Purchased 20 landscape timbers and still sitting out at the front of the store over an hour and still can’t get anyone to deliver or load them in my truck. I’m sitting here watching I don’t see anybody loading anything I saw two employees standing standing around with hands in their pockets and still over an hour and still do not have my timbers

Throughout the years, I have found what I need at this Home Depot. Be sure to go there for paint. The staff in Paint are especially helpful. Fred in Paint is a great resource!
