Customer service, Amy, was able to help my payment use non-home-depot gift cards that doesn't have a physical card but only account number. It was complicate process. But she try multiple methods and patiently wait for my responses. The transaction took multiple turns, and it took quite was a long time, but Amy maintained courteous and friendly. She is the most professional customer service I have met in home depot

Cashiers are not friendly and can make shoppers feel uncomfortable at times.

I often don’t sit down and write reviews especially for a place I normally don’t even shop regularly. However, excellent and outstanding customer service seems hard to come by. Today I went into Home Depot San Carlos looking for a particular item for my elderly mom. The inventory showed there was roughly 100+ of them but none were to be found anywhere. I was helped by 6 workers. All nice but gave up helping after searching for a short time. I was finally handed off to Patrica U. and I must say I was absolutely WOWED by her outstanding customer service. She was the only woman helper out of the 6 that I encountered. She was extremely patient and full of knowledge. After what I felt like hours in the store, we finally found the item! Her patience and perseverance was key to helping me find it. As a busy a mom and previous corporate manager in the customer service industry over 30+ years, her ability to personalize my experience with such impeccable and exceptional customer service was very much appreciated. She made me feel so valued and important as a customer and not just another purchase for the store. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the extra time to help me find all that I need and more Patricia!! You are exceptional at what you do!!

We spent 275.00 on various items this trip and found what we needed with the help of Tom in the electrical department.

All the products I have bought are great .

Prices posted are not consistent with the sku prices watch out ! If you get discounts you have to argue and spend a lot of time to finally get it

This store is pretty disorganized and very dirty. There were no signs directing me to the tool sale which I came to the store today for. Then I had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to come to unlock the tool cage to get the items I wanted. Often the staff do not know where items are and direct me to the wrong location. I come to this store rather than a better location due to longer distance and traffic encountered getting to a better one.

Employees are disrespectful

As my local Home Depot it is unfortunate that this store is so poorly managed. I find ANY of the other Home Depot stores in the immediate area to be much better. Store and isles are always crowded. Help is hard to find and takes a long time to get any help. Often, even after waiting for assistance, the employee is NOT knowledgeable and unable to provide much assistance. Employees seem to avoid customers if possible (except cashiers). Very frustrating place to shop!

Reps are always available to assist

Went looking for some hardware that was listed on the app. Got there to find that the bins were all mixed up, and of the 17 you were supposed to have , searching through other bins I found one. Many bins empty and all the bins were mixed together.

This parking lot is shared with a dollar store. It needs a magnet to sweep for metal trash (screws, wire…) which will puncture your tires.

Home Depot has everything you need for your home & price is reasonable compared to other hardware stores.

Associates made the return process exceedingly long and unpleasant.

Person answering phone made weird noises & laughed.Then someone else got on phone. I returned heater- wasn’t hot enough. Employee, Noe, said I should just put my face on it. He mumbled something and I said “what?” Then Noe said “what?” Then I said “what did you say?” And he said “what did you say?” He was very rude. It seemed he was very high. I asked to talk to manager, Jesus. He showed signs of being high too. They badly represent Home Depot and Noe was disrespectful and seemed confused.

I needed a new washing machine and dryer so I went to Home Depot, surveyed the products that were available and decided on the GE products that were available. The delivery was within two days, and the products were installed quickly.

I am thrilled when I see Succatti working the builders cashier. Succatti is the friendliest, most helpful, HD agent in the San Carlos store. And she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. From register #1 all the way to the garden center, Succatti is ready to help everyone. Her knowledge, friendly demeanor and dedication is a huge asset to the San Carlos Home Depot. Always a pleasure to see Succatti cruisin' and smilin' throughout the store. Another great employee is Greg, who works at the register by the roll up door. Both of these employees deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service skills.

Went to check out with three items at this HomeDepot today, and I had a store credit card. Got in line and was told to stand behind this person because I needed a cashier. This cashier, "Susan" yells at me, you can't stand there! Get back in line! I was in line, and another employee told me to stand here. Go back to get in line and the employee is gone. Then they tell me to stand behind another person. I hand them my items and store credit card. The cashier did not use the store credit card. I asked why not? You want to use this? Yes, that is why I handed it to you. My baby is sick in the hospital was their answer. Ok, fine, please use the store credit card. It took me one hour to check out and being yelled at by the staff. They began to blame each other for not doing their jobs, very unprofessional. Worst check out experience I have ever had at this location, check out staff are incompetent.

Jeanna was kind,knowledgeable and very honest. I greatly appreciated her integrity and help today. I am grateful to see Home Depot is able to find employees like Jeanna.

Milwaukee Representative was super helpful. They know their stuff

Mostly had to rely on my own instincts to locate items. Associates uninformed/unreliable. Bought a wheelbarrow...tire flat upon purchase....unable to inflate tire ...told me to purchase a bike pump...

I bought a product to help are grass to be green that also gets rid of clover.

I was surprised when I found out the store carries all kinds of products like garage door battery chip and they have all varieties of chips and well packaged I needed only two in a package and there it was.

The curbside pickup is excellent! I order my tile a night before and was ready for pickup early next morning. I arrived and place my arrival and parking spot and within minutes two members were loading up my tile into my SUV. I'm amazed on the fast and easy process this was. I forget about this options. I usually order for pickup in store but will start this curbside pickup for it's convenience and smooth process. I was watching my little guy so it would of been hard to do all of this on my own.

I had a really good experience coming to the San Carlos Home Depot I’ve done it before but because I live in Burlingame I generally go to the Foster City Home Depot and when I get a chance the Colma store….. but I’ve always loved the San Carlos store because it’s big and everybody there is incredibly friendly! I even commented on the lady that checked me out Rochel how friendly everybody’s here and it made me feel like I was living back in my hometown Novato, California where I used to shop at Pini Hardware and it was the best store ever! I really have to say you’re calling the store reminds me of the good all days when people were warm and friendly and took their time to take you to the store and showed you what you needed to look for!!! GREAT JOB SAN CARLOS!

The electric sander was in stock online (14) and easy to find in the tool bay. Checkout was fast.

Store was clean, products were where they said they were from online. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the project I was working on.

I trust employee at store will helping me to get item i needed.

Beware of the store manager!! She does not help with a smile. Not a very helpful store if you need help.

Great staff and very well spaced out.
