This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. I did not have trouble find an associate to help me.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I have purchased home carpet carpet , remolded my kitchen and bath rooms with product from your store. I purchased a full custom kitchen cabinets around 15 years ago and had a problem with the finish. The blonde lady ( I don't know her name) arranged for Kraft Maid representative come to my house and he sent me 2 replacement doors at no charge. I shop there so often some employee even know my name. I do not shop at any other home improvement center as I am always helped if I need to find something. The staff is very knowledgeable.

It fun to be shopping and getting help I need the people that work there are kind funny caring

I understand there are other customers being helped but don't say "it's going to be a while" when asked to get my plywood cut then respond with "I have a lot of lumber and a lot of plywood to load" when asked how long is a while. At least I didn't get the " sorry the panel saw is broken right now" line when I asked about the plywood cutting. Devin who volunteered to help was great. Didn't catch the other guys name but he seemed to have a chip on his shoulders about something.

I love this store. It had great service. The workers there were really nice. It was clean and neat. It was a very great store. We will definitely be going there again.

Spent 400$. Makita 18v out of the box was used. Returned it got another, opened it and it appeared to be new. When I tried to use it I realized the housing around the trigger was cracked on both sides and the trigger would not work. Returned for a 2nd time and got store credit. They messed up my store credit with the wrong driver's license and I had to argue with another store manager to finally get a new tool! When I asked if it is normal for Home Depot to sell used and broken tools, the young lady said "no they are supposed to inspect the returns and someone must have been tired and missed it". The 2nd return I specifically asked the employee if they wanted to see the broken tool. She said no. I could have returned rocks in the box. If you shop here, inspect EVERYTHING! They try to sell used and broken tools.

Diane in the Santa Clarita Home Depot paint department was not only professional, knowledgeable, and courteous; she was able to answer all of our questions regarding painting our home. She resolved our paint challenge by creating a custom color for us. We were very happy with the results. She is an exemplary employee and, because of her, we were extremely pleased Home Depot customers. Thank you, Diane!

This Store is always clean and neat. Stock levels are generally very high!! All of the employees are extremely helpful, respectful, and kind! They go out of their way to help everyone!

I like this particular Home Depot Store more than most. The employees really try their hardest to make this a wonderful Store to Shop at and are exceptionally kind and polite all the time!

On September 14 around 4:15pm, I bought a box of gloves and leaving from the garden section, I smiled at a female staff standing there, she had a straight face and said, excuse me, I stopped, she asked for a receipt, still no smile, I showed her the receipt, then she said, ok. What kind of attitude is that? Your cashier doesn't want to give me a home depot plastic bag, what can I do?

This particular Home Depot Store exceeds my expectations in several ways! It has knowledgeable and very pleasant Staff. It is always extremely neat and clean and has what seems like a million products to choose from!! I love shopping at this Home depot and could easily spend hours there looking at all of the options to purchase things from!

I came here because my local Home depot does not sell Safe N sound insulation. This was the next closest one but it was kind of far from the freeway. But just like my local home depot the customer service was great. I'm a quiet guy and I felt bad coming in 15 minutes before they closed and couldn't find my product. the website said you carried it. When I mentioned that the worker went out of his way to help me. He found the product high up some shelves. Grabbed a forklift without giving me the stinkeye(Which I would not have blamed him for, since i'm making him do this right before closing time) He got my product, apologized and sent me on my way.

Normally the employees are friendly, but there are times when I have to go looking for someone to get help.

I have always been satisfied with my Home Depot shopping experiences. Last evening, I had an employee (Sandy was her name) who really showed exceptional customer service in helping me find me what I needed. She was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and it was a pleasure to have someone with the patience to be of service. As a senior, I so do appreciate her kindness & she did this all, with a beautiful smile!

I recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner on your 2 year, no interest home depot card. It was the best experience Ive had with a major purchase. There was a glitch in the motor and the the tekkie showed up fast with a new motor and even tightened the exhaust. While he was up there he tightened up the exhaust on my water heater! That you so much

I came in last May end of the month and walk directly in the garden area. The staff on duty at that time grab a cart for me and greeted me welcome. He made my day a good start. Very helpful in showing where the items I was looking for. He even walked with me to point exactly the location of the items i was looking for. I will keep coming back to this store. They have complete supplies for all your need on building, construction, garden, home supplies and other miscellaneous stuff.

If you want an appliance- Talk to Vanessa! She is straight forward, honest, knowledgeable. She won't sell you only top of the line to waist your money, yet she helps you understand what you need not what you want.

Store seems to be oriented toward the professional contractors and really hard core DIY'ers, which is not a bad thing.

This store has the best customer service. You can always find an employee to help you, even if it's not their department. This store always has what we are looking for at a fantastic price. It's always well organized and clean.
