I did not have to deal or seek help from any Home Depot employees because I used the Self Service check out which is why I rated them neither satisfied or dissatisfied. You can't rate something that never happened. I did get help from another customer to help me reach something to high up because I didn't see an employee in sight at the time. Clean store.

The staff at this store are generally very helpful. Many of them go beyond the normal, which is why I shop at this store.

This is a nice big store with ample parking. Aisles are easy to navigate and store personnel are friendly and helpful.

This store has the most friendly, knowledgeable Associates. From the minute you walk in the door the gentleman is always there to great you with a big smile and offers a weekly ad paper. The others on the Team always ask if they can help you and if you are finding everything. If you have extra time to wander around you can find so many interesting products and plants you weren't even looking for. The store is always clean and well stocked and so are the restrooms.

I always find everything I need. I especially like the gardening area.

Bad customer service! We went to make a copy of a key. We asked the first cashier where was the station located she then stated around the corner instead of showing us. Then the same cashier asked another cashier by the name Natalie if she wanted to make the copy or a guy named Dean. Natalie stated No have Dean do it. So we were wondering around the store and finally we ran into Dean and he asked us of we needed help we told him yes we need a copy of a key. He stated I can help you. He did it with a smile and great attitude.as I was checking out none of the cashiersame where busy they were all talking among each other and I had to basically tell a cashier to ring us up. I ASKED MELANY OUR CASHIER WHAT WAS THE YOUNG LADY NAME SHE STATED WHY I SAID BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THEN SHE STATED NATALIE.I HAD TO BASICALLY ARGUE WITH MELANY TO GIVE ME THAT CASHIERS NAME. IVE BEEN SHOPPING FOR HOME DEPOT FOR MY YEARS BOUGHT MY STOVE AND OTHER APPLIANCES THERE. I SURE WON'T BE SHOPPING AT HOMEDEPOT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL THE CASHIERS . DEAN WAS THE ONLY GREAT EMPLOYEE.

The staff is very polite & helpful, the store is very clean and organize. will definitely return back more often.

Our garage cable broke and did not know what to do or how to fix it. Went to Home Depot to just look around and asked one of the employee and he was so helpful and made suggestions and not made us feel so stupid.

Jaynie was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect appliance. She was able to answer all are questions and really made the purchase easier.

Terri made my experience here great. She lifted my spirits after having a long, stressful day. She was courteous, polite and funny. She is a prime example of why this is my number one Home Depot store. In fact, my number one store for anything that I need home improvement related, period.

Erica Was very efficient , friendly and gave me excellent service. I try to go to her register every time I am able. She went out of her way to help me today.

If you are looking to get carpeting for your home, Home Depot is the place to go. Employees are courteous, knowledgeable and spend needed time to get you set up with carpet. My neighbor recommended a particular employee and she was great. I also found out one of my golf friends went to the same person to get her carpet and was very happy with everything.

Great experience buying a barbecue yesterday. Super service from Roger finding the one I wanted (high Cons Reports rating). Roger knows his barbecues and hardware. Best service ever. Steven in rentals helped me rent a truck to get the barbe home and made it really easy! Great experience, price and store assist!

Never buy gift cards from the store I purchased gift cards and they were previously redeemed management didn't care smiled and said talk to the manufacturer they were not going to do anything about it.

This home depo branch is a very good place to go shop. Its not over crowded & its clean with friendly employees.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
