i have been a satisfied customer since 1978 ,i have built a very productive and thriving business with the tools and materials from depot, the workers here are very helpful, everyone knows a hundred people, when you tell a hundred people you like this store, they tell a hundred people, it works both ways, I'm very happy with home depot..

At many stores, employees can be negative, impatient and apathetic. Kenny from Plumbing was quite the opposite of all that; he was kind, motivated, and intelligent. I am very grateful for his help and explanations! Without him, I probably would have struggled installing the new bathroom sink for my parents. I was so grateful that I returned a few days later to show Kenny my progress and gratitude. Thank you!!!

I always tell my customers to shop at the Saugus store and specific people to ask for in the different departments. They provide great service.

I had not really shopped for home repair items in a number of years. I recently visited the Saugus HD. I could not and still can not believe how well I was treated, not only by one associate, but by many. I highly recommend this store. It was a great experience two different times to date! I plan on shopping there for ALL of my home needs! Thank u

I was behind a very disabled Veteran in line and Eric made sure the items he bought rang in at the correct sale price which was not happening. And he made sure this Vet received his Vet discount. Eric took extremely good care of this Veteran and showed exceptional respect. I do believe Eric deserves special recognition, so if you are in the store and have Eric for a cashier, please be sure to let him know he absolutely ROCKS!!

Friendly associates who went above and beyond to help me find a camping chair that would fit my weight requirement - without shaming me in the process. Very happy.

During my recent visit to the Saugus store, I was greeted and assisted by Kyle, the store Manager. The service provided was outstanding. Not only did he assist with my order, but it was quite evident that he truly wanted to be there and really enjoys his job. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you Kyle!!!

Not one person would look at me or try to help, even when I had to get the ladder steps,10 people in a meeting and no cared about the customers, very bad situation!

Takes too long for Monies to go back! It should be instant as the purchase is electronically ( money should not take 3 business days ) need it to purchase more supplies

Today I went into the Saugus Home Depot, looking for an item I had seen on line earlier this morning. Even though I couldn't find it myself, the employee, Cookie spent time and effort, climbing those large ladders twice, matching skew numbers and finally with much effort, located the item I had come to purchase. Bravo to a dedicated staff member!!

The manager, Kyle and the assistant manager, Alicia were excellent in helping me complete my purchase for my upcoming porch project.

WENT TO HOME DEPOT EVERYTHING WENT WELL UNTIL CHECKOUT AND CASHIER WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY VETERANS DISCOUNT SAID I HAVE TO DO IT ON LINE THEN BY PHONE. I AM 72 AND A DINOSAUR DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE ONLY A FLIP PHONE SO IT LOOKS LIKE I AM NOW GOING TO LOSE MY 10% DISCOUNT ONE MORE THING TO DEPRIVE A VETERAN

It was the end of the day, the night before the big storm and I was in the store after closing hours. After I checked out it was after closing and took care of me, they were really kind and helpful. They didn't give me attitude or act upset I was there too late, they worked together and did an amazing job. Thank Youu guys

Long time customer and find that staff in depts are qualified to assist in their dept products for consumers which is critical to keep repeat customers. Would like to see Saugus store updated.

Best Home Depot by far. Cheryl was an excellent cashier!! Efficient but the sweetest personality, she really made my daughter and I feel happy after our shopping trip. I was short a few cents and she gave her own! This Home Depot is lucky to have her on their team.

Love the Saugus store. I always tell my customers to shop at the Saugus store and I provide them with specific names of people to speak with.

Long time customer, first less-than-stellar experience I'm here A LOT. A whole lot. So when I went in to get a cordless hedge trimmer, I had my Home Depot coupon and a Gift Card that my son had given me for Father's Day. I was looking for a Ryobi cordless hedge trimmer, which I found easily, but the aisle was closed because a fork lift was parked in it. There was nobody in the space, and I waited a few minutes for someone to come along. Eventually, someone came by and asked if I wanted to get something in the aisle, and he allowed me to go in the area. Another employee was stocking items from the fork lift onto the shelves, and between him and the fork lift there was no space for me to go and simply pick up the item I wanted. He continued to ignore me and kept working, and the man that had let me in called to him and asked him to let me get by and get the item. He did move aside, and I was able to pick up the item and immediately leave the area, though I did thank the people that had helped me, including ;the one that had ignored me (my thought was that he was probably trying to focus on what he was doing, and might have been annoyed at the other employee for letting me through.) In any event, it was the last item I was buying, and it appeared it could have been quite some time if I had waited, so I was glad to be able to be on my way. I have always had a good experience at the Saugus store (and the Reading store, both of which I frequent), so this was rather unusual; but my angst was not over. When I got to the self checkout, I went to use the gift card and the coupon, but the register would not take both. A nice cashier came over and explained that I could not use both. This was upsetting, but I used the coupon and kept the gift card for a later trip. I'll be back, but this visit kept me from adding more stars to the review.

I love going to the saugus homedepot all the associates are always so willing to help good costumer sevice is hard to come by lately pretty much everywhere yu shop but not atthis store keep up the great work

Other stores do not have associates to assist you. My Home Deport does a much better job at helping you find the right products at a good price.

I always shop at the Saugus store. Great service, clean, plenty of carts and stock.
