Customer service is exceptional at this store!! I am always welcomed with a friendly smile! All of the staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable!! The store is always very neat, clean, and well organized so I always enjoy shopping here!! The store always has a variety of quality items I am looking for, as well as new items I find myself wanting, at great prices!!! On my latest visit, as I was about to pay for a new storm door, my cashier (Elaine) noticed that the storm door was damaged (the box was ripped on the back and you could see a crack on the storm door). Elaine was so kind!!! She not only told me the storm door was damaged, she called and had another employee retrieve a replacement storm door for me!! By doing this, Elaine saved me the time and aggravation of having to drive home only to have to drive back to return a damaged storm door!! Thank you so much, Elaine, for your help!! And thank you to all the staff members in this Home Depot store for always making me feel right at home!!! I will definitely be back for all my home improvement projects!!!

I purchased a vent Hood on Friday night to be installed on Saturday. I had opened the box and did not see any parts for installation in the box. I called on Saturday morning and Talked to Katie. She offered to put them aside for me and offered to print out the instruction/warranty . after printing the manual it informed you that the parts were under the cover. I removed the 6 screws and found the installation parts needed . During the call I was disconnected and she was the only manager or associate to ever call me back and apologize for getting disconnected.

Store full of walking dead

We love this Home Depot! The clerks and floor people are knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant, and the store is well-stocked , organized and clean. Easily accessible on Route 1 Saugus. The only complaint is the crazy layout of the parking lot.

I must say that the Saugus Home Depot has very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. I went to the store with my contractor first and then had to go back a few times by myself. Each time I was directed or taken to the products I needed which made the shopping quick and easy.

MY FAVORITE STORE BECAUSE OF THE LARGE SELECTION OF GOODS AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ASSOCIATES . STORE IS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED SO THAT ITS EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THE SAUGUS STORE WINS HANDS DOWN AS MY FAVORITE GO TO LOCATION.

I am always met by happy people eager to help. I dont always need help but when I have a question, its always answered and sometime I get pointers I didnt know about.

I have consistently found the employees in the Saugus store to be friendly and helpful. I'm in there at least once a week and have been for many years. This is a good store.

Excellent store! Always stocked really well. The staff is always available to assist when you look lost and confused. The two store managers I was lucky enough to encounter last Monday 7/3/2017 Dave and Brady were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable. It was their mission to make sure we left happy. Great team of employees in the Saugus store. We will keep shopping there!
