I always find what I am looking for.

A competitor had romex wire priced $200 less on their app, I went to HD to verify the price on HD's app was the same in the store. I did this believing that HD would price match. The actual price in store was the same as the competitor. During this the interactions with team members was as perfect as could possibly be.

I used to work at the Home Depot in Pittsburg Kansas in 2010. At that time a shortly after they set the standard for customer service in the industry. It doesn’t seem like that is a big of concern as it used to be. I have been in this store several times with the only interaction being the checkout. And sometimes with NO human interaction. More emphasis needs to be made on making contact with every customer that comes in the door. Not just at the door but all across the floor.

The questionnaire stated that I had negative answers that was in error

We stopped using this store as our main home improvement stop several years ago. Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade of the store - so much cleaner and organized. Mainly though, the staff have been upgraded to being pleasant and helpful.

I prefer Home Depot to anyone Else and am not complaining about any of the stores.. the service I received at this location was just a little better than the others

No help to be found on the sales floor, and you have to use self checkout

Wayne at this location exceeded my expect for great customer service! He went out of his way to help me load the big Xmas tree I purchased. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Tried to buy a washer/dryer. Took over 2 hours. Was told there was a $100 Black Friday credit which I did not receive. Later my husband read the fine print & found it did not apply to washers/dryers. No one in the store from the manager on down seemed to realize that. I wanted a gas dryer & was invoiced for an electric. Fiasco trying to get the order corrected. Going to cancel both orders & pray I get the correct refunds.

wow! like the good ole days! Wayne in lawn and garden helped us find the perfect leaf blower - he stayed with us and answered questions, joked around and then walked us up to the checkout ! Spending money was actually fun, thanks to Wayne!

The staff have always been helpful at this home depot. Just recently an employee named Malik helped me at the self checkout when I accidentally went to a broken register and he took me to hsi register so didnt get delayed. Thank you very much. I will go here first before any other big box store

I like the store, because it is well-stocked and items can be found in logical places.

we have been shopping with Home Depot for absolutely years. But we had an extraordinary experience with Jenny at the Shawnee store in Kansas last night. All three of her customer groups were failing We’re dealing with their particular issue at the register. Jen coordinated between the three groups of customers and the manager s o gracefully that people were thanking her, and hugging her at the end of… Well when the transaction was completed. Thank you, Jennie… You exemplify grace!

Two people stopped to ask me how I was doing and helped me find what I was looking for. In other HD stores, I walk around getting frustrated because I can't find anything or anyone to help. I appreciate the good customer service here.

We went to Home Depot for just a single item and knew where to find it, but the employees were super friendly and we really helpful. We were pleased at the checkout. Malik went out of his way to help us checkout and wish us a pleasant day. He is an example of the type of employee you want to be customer facing.

Staff at this location are super helpful and customer focused. EVeryone was happy to show me where items are and which aisle, etc. Cashier at the end was also helpful and friendly.

Sales associate asked what we were looking for and showed us multiple choices. Very helpful which I've found non existent in most box stores

I received help from a man near the carts named Ron, who referred to himself as "Papa Ron." The man was very kind and friendly and helped me purchase my first mower! He did everything he could to make sure I as the customer was satisfied. If you as the customer are looking for someone who is kind and willing to serve you in the American way, Papa Ron is your guy!

We appreciate you guys staying open up during the storm. A lot other stores close the doors. you guys stayed open on limited electric. You were able to help get the issues fixed with our parts that we needed. Great service highly recommend
