This store respected my religious liberty right and allowed me to purchase my things without being harassed, humiliated,and disrespected, by employees. For not wearing a mask. For this is my religious belief. And I am very thankful.

The store staff was very nice. But they need to have enough staff to have at least one checkout aisle open at all times. I had too many things to easily self check and no check out was open. Also the person in back with sliding glass doors offered extremely minimal assistance and didn't offer to get up and discuss the door that I asked about.

Matt in Lumber is the best. He went way above and beyond to assist me. He hand cut a 6x6 post for me twice so that I could transport the pieces easier.

The employees, especially Judy, Heather and Mason were extremely helpful. Yes, it took 3 people to get what I wanted but they were very nice and accommodating to my order. I really appreciated their help.

this is the store i usually shop at and purchase items, i also use the store off of johnson drive. mostly #2213. i haven't had a bad experience yet and all issues have been resolved.

I was able to find what I needed with the assistance of an employee who was there right away. The store was very clean and well kept.The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. The went out of their way to ensure my experience was enjoyable, efficient, and expedient.

This store and there employees where great to work with. Courteous and there to please there customers. I was a SERVICE tech for 40 years. And they realy empressed me. Thanks again to Judy in lawn and garden. And the guys who loaded my snowblower. There are all hard working people. Thanks again .

check the box before you leave the store. sometime things are missing even if the box doesn't look tampered with. There are better stores but not all have the same selections. I went to get one color and got a white item instead due to missing harddware.

I have shopped at your store many times over the years and there were times a few years ago employees were poorly trained or just too lazy to help. This year I have made many trips to your store and my experience has been a total turnaround. I wrote a note about one of your employees that took the time to walk me to the area where I would find the item I needed. Last weekend I had another great experience with an employee named Mason Brown. As I waited in line he came toward me and my husband to assist us with a defective battery ( our 3rd one) . He took the battery, checked it out and the charger out. It was the battery. He checked our account for our previous issue and personally went to get us a new battery. He also informed us we would need to contact the battery company the next time. I told Mason he was extremely helpful and I would contact the company soon before this battery goes out . I would hope Mason receives some extra recognition for his service! Your store customer service has totally changed and has become our go to Home Depot ! Thank you for putting the effort into your employees. It truly work for your customers!

Store was clean, well stocked, plenty of people to help me, answer questions. The clerks who helped me were very helpful. Antonia, the cashier was very friendly and efficient.

Stacie, our cashier, was fabulous! In spite of being so busy, the store was clean and well stocked on Black Friday!

Store was well stocked, especially for holiday items. Staff was very conscious of asking if I needed help. Checkout was fun due to a really nice checker, Stacie. Another staff pointed out pre-Black Friday items that were being sold at that price today so I happily purchased 2 items.

Although Tangee was not at the register. She remembered me from earlier and stopped to ask how I was doing and asked if I had forgot something. She made the visit worth coming back to the store.

Your paint cup liner did NOT fit the cup you sell. Everything Seemed just average until checkout. That's where your cashier really shined. she was very genuine and pleasant.

Ms. Joe in the flooring department goes above and beyond to find the best solution for Home Depot customers. She is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and ready to serve customers like they are part of her own family.

This store is very clean, well lit, and well staffed with helpful people. I wish more stores followed this pattern. Will gladly shop there in the future.

Stephanie helped me to return an item. Then she walked me through the store to find the correct one. And finally, she took care of me at the check out. Such a quick and easy shopping experience!
