It's a busy store in a growing area of Michigan. Still, the employees are courteous, knowledgeable and available. The store is clean and well lit. The shelves are stocked. I visit often and will continue. Overall, very good store.

Manger Rodney was a great help with our online order today. He price matched the item that we ordered and was in stock after we received a email saying it was going to be canceled if not filled by a certain date. The cashier was VERY VERY RUDE and said we can’t match special orders. It was not a special order. We ask to speak with a manager and Rodney came up and talked to us. He sold us are item and was very nice. We will shop at this store only because of a great manager. Cashier needs to learn to be nice to customers and remember she works for Home Depot and does not own it.

These people seem to very friendly AND helpful!!! Great job! The gal that helped my husband and I took us right to the auger that "we had walked right past!"

Stupid policy of standing in line six feet apart for self checkout, then you grab the scan gun used by the previous customer without it being cleaned off. Just crazy how we fool ourselves into thinking we're being safe.... when we're not.

I purchased a double oven. The sales person was awesome. The problem arose with the recommended installers. One was out of state and the other doesn’t do appliances. I made the online service center aware of this issue and received a form reply about regrets for the delay in response from the contractors because they may have been busy. I did not receive a new set of contractors from the service center or the store after I called and spoke with a different store employee to report the problem. I also discovered that I am responsible for disconnecting and removing the old unit from the wall before they delivery service will hall it away. Now I have to find a way to get this old unit removed from the wall before the delivery is made. Buyers beware of these issues before making purchases. I have made many purchases with HD over the years and their service people have been very professional. It seems HD is dropping the ball after purchases. Very disappointing to say the least

I went to 3 different stores in search of the lumber and equipment I would need for my daughters swing set. After experiencing rude customer service at the previous places, I was extremely satisfied after visiting this Home Depot. Kent from lumber went above and beyond to help me find the lumber and measurements I would need for my daughters swing set. Carl and Kent in rental department went above and beyond to help me rent and return a vehicle, including loading the lumber.

If you want this to get supplies it would ok, but the issue is the safety. No mask/face shield no problem here. Oh yeah cover you nose with the mask too not just your moth---employees. Frustrating going there and having issues with this. Shouldn't customer safety be number one with everything going on? FRUSTRATED!!!!

They kept rescheduling my delivery date, without even calling me to notify me. When I finally received my order I was missing an entire pallet of supplies.

I had a kitchen project I was hoping to get started. Jennifer in kitchens was amazing from start to finish. She helped me stay in my budget, never pressured me into anything, helped me make an amazing layout. It was a great experience! I can not wait to see how it all turns out!

Today's visit was very nice. Two different employees and the manager were very pleasant and helpful.

I am a Military Vet, my brother handicapped in a riding card. We were a mess, in grubby clothes due to working in the yard. We needed Ryobi chain saw blades and a few items. 4 out of the 5 employees that we asked for help with the items we needed, were very rude. Then the cashier at the self check out lane, watched us like we were stealing. She had several other people at her self check out lanes, but didn't watch those people like she watched us. Definitely felt uncomfortable. Then to top it off, we purchased the Ryobi chain saw at Home Depot, but you don't carry the replacement blade. How ridiculous it that? NOT HAPPY WITH TODAY'S VISIT AT ALL!!!

I had a horrible experience with the head cashier Elyse, to the point that I no long wish to shop and home Depot.

Customer service is almost non existent unless you search for someone. Employees walk around in pairs avoiding eye contact. I usually go to another store, not this one.

I've never had a bad experience at this store! If something's not in stock, you can have it sent there. I ALWAYS do that, rather than go to a different Home Depot store. I also love the "Online Purchase Pickup" service. The new "Locker Pickup" system works GREAT! You're given a "combination" to a locker and you can pick up your online purchase THAT way! NO STANDING IN LINE AT ALL! Awesome!

Long return lines-not enough help-store not clean-people not helpfull

The Shelby Township Home Depot is the cleanest most organized store. I am almost always greeted by friendly sales associates who are willing to assist when needed

We walked in and went directly to look for tile and a nice young gentleman help us first and answered our questions and was so genuine and very informative .. I feel so bad I didn’t get his name.. Then his co-worker Tiffany took the time to help us when we went over by her and also was so genuine and helpful... I am in the service industry, and I have to say these 2 employees actually took the time to help and answer questions and just were the best ... Thank you

We believe the SHELBY TOWNSHIP Home Depot Store #2758 is the best location of all. As a previous Licensed Contractor for years and now remodeling our personal home, I can honestly say they are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, kind and caring. Whether you need just supplies or also advice in doing a particular job, they are the best! We would not go anywhere else.

Employees are great, but since I don't want spam emails I can't enter the sweepstakes. And the new check outs suck!

Great experience. Jeanette was a very helpful associate. She was friendly answered all of our questions about our lawnmower. She also went over delivery options. Jeanette walked us over to Our cashier to make sure we were all set. Our cashier Amanda was very efficient. We were very happy with the selection of lawnmowers and the price.
