We have been very impressed by the helpful associates at this Shelby Township store. The associates are readily available, and they approached us to see if we needed any help. The store was well stocked, and the associates new what they were talking about with giving advice on products, etc.

Just made a visit to the Home Depot store and young men name Austin did a fantastic job loading my materials in the store and getting them out of my truck. This store has everything you need for most home improvements. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful. It’s a great store to shop in.

This Home Depot had phenomenal customer service! The Appliance Specialist Jaci was more than happy to answer any questions we had, while going above and beyond. Jimmy was a great help as well. I was able to find everything I was looking for at prices lower than I had expected. I will be back!!

Chris and Terry took their time in explaining three different solutions to my plumbing problem and even walked me around several different isles grabbing everything I needed to make sure I didn't have to make a return trip. I had an awesome experience dealing with these two gentleman.

The store is always fully stocked and a lot of visual displays. We expecially like the new renovations in the kitchen design center and the sample kitchen displays as well as the new look of the whole home design area ex: (flooring, cabnets, window treatments etc.) We have shop here since the store opened several years ago. Love the store.

Poor hospitality and customer service. Four associates standing by self checkout kiosk not even a single one of them greeted any guests.

This store is very customer friendly and welcoming. All employees greet you and offer to assist without be sought out for help. Store is always clean and resent rearrangement of products makes shopping more enjoyable.

I had a large and disastrous flooring situation in my home. I came in, order product and waited for installation. The situation went haywire after this due to my uneven floor. HD did everything they could to help me out, rectify my orders, return product, purchase new product and generally be kind to me during an extremely stressful flooring and move-in situation. I have only glowing reviews for everyone I encountered at this store! They have my business from now on! KC

This is our store for everything for our home for hardware, appliance, holiday items and much more. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. The only complaint is that even tho the store opens at 6:00 am, not all of the departments have personnel available at all operating hours. I was there to make a very expensive appliance purchase first thing in the morning shortly after the store opened and found out that that department staff does not come in until 8-9 am. and was also informed that in the later part of the evening the same problem exist. I was aggravated being that I got up early to get this task done before my busy day started. Other than this problem the store is close to my home and we shop there a lot.

Great stop, staff is always friendly and willing to help. I long that there are always many checkout lanes open, I never have to wait very long to check out.

She has designed for us over the past 15 years and just designed a kitchen and three baths for our retirement home. She listens, asks great questions and provides options until it is what we wanted and within our budget. The results have always been above our expectations. She is a real pro with alot of experience!
