This Home Depot was clean and all the sales people was very friendly and helpful. If they didn't know where the stuff we was looking for , They just called on radio and ask for us so we did not have to run all over looking for it. They were very helpful. Thank you all very much .

Took me 45 minutes to get somebody to get off work left and get me a gas trimmer nobody wanted to get on the forklift nobody would come down the aisle and help me until one lady finally showed up to happen to be walking by and she wouldn’t take no for an answer from any of the other employees she is a non-management employee just an hourly and she asked me not to leave because I was going to leave and take my business elsewhere worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a home improvement store where are the management it was horrible that I bought extended warranty and nobody had the paperwork and said “well go to customer service and they’ve got it there” customer service wouldn’t help me and I happen to see it sitting on the counter so I took the pamphlet!

I normally go to this store for most things. This trip I needed bagged top soil, needed for project. They had zero on ground BUT they had a whole pallet in racks. Asked worker if could bring down. He stated it would take 15-20 minutes, I said I could wait. 30 minutes later, still NOTHING. Ask garden cashier for help and he stated he has been trying for TWO HOURS!! I ended up going to competitor and paying $1 more per bag. So full hr wasted. Will not be going back any time soon, even if it costs more!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Product is easier to find for me at the Tukwila store

Friendly and great in-store support!

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores and "the other guys" in the past. This store in particular seemed to be organized better than the rest. Prices were as expected. The store was clean, well stocked and the staff was helpful but not pushy or annoying. South Center in Tukwila doesn't feel very safe to me but inside the store I was very comfortable and enjoyed my experience here.

The store was clean associates ready to help I just had a few things I needed to pick up asked associate and they walked me to the product which made it a quick visit. Very pleasant in the middle of a hectic day. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

I’ll stay in my smaller west seattle store at least most of the employees say hi there.

We prefer this store to the other home improvement store near us. It's also convenient to Costco and Costco gas, which is nice for us

Do not go to this location they make you feel like your thief!!! A associate told me to remove my purse out of the cart and needed to go in the child section and she touched my purse without my approval to move it. How dare her ! Never will I shop at this location again and neither should anybody else and their lack of quantity of products in stock was a issue.

Can I just say that there's a cashier 'Sheila' that is always in a good mood as often as I come in..she seems to appreciate her job and smile during these difficult covid times ...I'm happy to see her working every time I see her. I hope others that work along side of her feed off of her energy, warmth and smile . Thank you Home depot :)

Do not order on line from this store. They never ever answer there phones. Awful customer service. Rude & hang phone up on you.

We had an excellent experience thanks to Joshua at the Returns desk here! We received a tub surround from Home Depot online and needed to replace it with an item at Tukwila. Joshua went above and beyond the call of duty in making a stressful situation much less stressful! He helped us with the return, finding the new item and helping us find the rental truck area to get it back home. He was personable, funny and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we got home ok! Thank you Joshua! You made a huge difference in our customer experience!

The store was clean and the employees will go beyond to make sure that a customer is satisfied. Excellent experience and I will not shop at any other Home Depot.

Rick provided excellent customer service in the lighting dept. the other day. He was helpful, knowledgeable, provided info. plus answered my questions in addition to being kind and friendly. I also bought a stove here last November and the woman who helped me was ALL of the above, also. Great staff at this store!

I have been a Lowe’s customer for 25 years No more it’s over! The expertise on the knowledgeable staff at Home Depot is par excellent comparing. On top of that it was the customer service that sold me over everything. I am happy to say I am at Home Depot customer for life. Thank you Home Depot for making this one of the best places to shop

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE GREAT

This store is a hit or miss. Some employees are nice and try to help while others ignore the customers. I go to this store because I know where things are located.

Another bad visit! Bad service at customer service desk while returning my items. More than a handful of employees I came across.....not a single one acknowledged me.....not even s hello. Sucks that this is the closest Home Depot to me. Gotta mention the not so great service I received from Karl. Ka⅚rl needsb to slow down. I found how to enter my ProID myself. Then Karl says, "ProID.....why didn't you say so." My neighbor who was with me and I looked at each other. We both was thinking, *this guy's not paying attention to what I said and needs to slow down". If Karl slows down and listens, then I do believe he woulda known that I was asking how to enter my ProID twice after he just comes into your circle pressing buttons failing a couple times. I literally had to tell him go back because I saw the button right before he moved to a different screen. 9 times out of 10 I get a bad experience at this store. I go out of my way and go further to a different location where I know I will get better customer service and where employees smile and acknowledge you. Starts off with management.....lead by example!!!!!

Had a great experience with Home Depot. The customer service personnel Lydia in Kitchen and Bath did a great job meeting all of my needs. Just purchased a home and I needed a professional, friendly and knowledgeable person to talk to and Lydia met all of my expectations. Thank you Home Depot...I will be back!
