Your cashier in the lumber yard , her name was Rita. She was very professional, covid responsible, and friendly. She was fast and efficient. you should be very happy she works for you. Nice Lady.

I do not find this to be a friendly store, but I do want to praise Natalie at the customer service desk who made me feel at ease and most importantly took care of my problem. This encounter with Natalie happened on Black Friday. I went in and asked to talk to Chris the store manager. Believe it or not, I was already talking to Chris. Started to explained what had happened. Talking to Chris made me feel uncomfortable and like I was some jerk almost when I knew I had a legitimate issue. I was cut short because Chris was too busy to hear me nag. Natalie did something that made me feel better,.....she apologized for everything and even ensured me that new trainees would be trained properly and she would mention it to the trainers. Now Chris might had apologized and if he did he only did it once. Natalie made Home Depot's apology sincere by repeating it a few times forcing me to believe it was genuine. I owe Natalie this review and should have done it sooner. Natalie, thanks for your service and I couldn't have asked for a different customer service representative. Because of her, I gave my local store another chance by shopping there a couple times since Black Friday!

Had very small issue with a item price, so the cashier was happy to help adjust it & was friendly to boot !

The customer services need to be refined. I was told they were busy and didn't work in a particular section of the store which I found to be extremely discomforting.

Honestly, I am a loyal Home Depot customer even after numerous bad incidents, unknowledgeable employees, and messy stores..... It's the very few knowledgeable employees and good incidents that make me not go to their competitors even though I've shopped there and received very great customer service within seconds after coming in the presence of an employee. The two customer service employees that helped me, informed me false information about the store credit I received that day that I could use it online or with my app. Now I have to go tomorrow talk to the manager and put myself at risk of COVID-19. If they had informed me the correct information I would have took care of my order yesterday and done with. Two more employees in the tool section I came across fail to answer my question resulting on me to put down the drill bit that I was going to buy. , The many employees that I came in the presence of while I walked through the store not caring to say hi or acknowledge me is being mentioned as well. I'm a friendly guy so I do tend to look at people when they come in my presence nodding or just wanting to say hi or asking them how they are doing. Take this last paragraph how you want to, but when I ran my restaurant when my employee or assistant managers said hi or welcomed a customer that doesn't mean they don't get one from me or the rest of the crew. Every single one of my employees acknowledged every customer enthusiastically. It was a happy place where my customers came to treat as it was their own. Just imagine your customers visiting THEIR Home Depot. I bet you OfferUp wouldn't have so many of your guy's tools for sale, because right now your customers are just turning their backs when they see it happen. That wasn't going to be last paragraph but I won't mention the lost prevention team. If concerned then email me. But I don't hate you guys,.....I just want to see it as a happy place.....oh, I also want that online deal that is gone now!

Great store with employees who've been there awhile and know their store.

Robin the cashier really cares about you time and is very quick to check out very helpful.

Despite the headache it can be getting in and out of this store parking lot their employees make it worth shopping there. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary when using the self-checkout during our last trip. We had multiple issues that we needed help with and she was so kind, attentive, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her or any of the other employees. We really appreciated it since it was kind of a stressful situation for us to be out and about during covid and we're so thankful for that. We'll definitely be back to shop at this location because of her and the standard that she's set for their employee's behavior and performance.

At first I didn't like it. Inventory seemed to be terrible. Employees didn't seem to care. But as of late employees have been AMAZING. And I learned they do have tools but they like to super lock them up in the aisle with bars and locks. I guess that makes sense in the ghetto here. I went to one in tri-cities and things weren't so locked up. It is unfortunate that people are so entitled and greedy in this area. Makes sense the store is a bit more nuts on it.

the store always has what I visit for and the employees are outgoing with customer service.

Store is generally well stocked but because of COVID the lumber department isn’t as well stocked. This is understandable. Staff is attentive to the customer’s needs.

This store is huge and the staffs are friendly. I like free cutting tools of the woods.

If you need carpet or flooring Mariflor is the person you need to see. She was very helpful through out the process, asking questions that helped me think of things I wouldn't have. Was very knowledgable about scheduling and delays which helped us keep our project on time.

They have a nice, big parking lot which is a must. Lot of things to choose and friendly staff.

I didn't get the help I need. After seeing one of the managers yell at another worker, especially a minor, it seemed like the store environment was toxic. I immediately grabbed one thing and left.

The employee named Claudette was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She can be heard yelling at a customer/employee from five aisles away. She shouldn't be working if she can't control her temper.

My favorite store AND it's right next to Costco so it's even MORE convenient than any other location.

I absolutely love this store its my go to store, if they had groceries it definitely would be my one stop shopping place. I have never met a single employee i did like. Thank you.
