I think the Southlake store is a very nice well supplied store. I've been using it for many many years and generally find exactly what I need. Lots of inventory.

Keith in the kitchen design center was very helpful.

This store is always clean. The employees are wonderfully helpful without being annoying! The paint department is fast and competent. We recently moved from another area and I am VERY glad this is my new "home" Home Depot!

The man who assisted me in my purchase of a lawn mower was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Store is clean, well stocked and customer facing employees are very helpful. The manager experience I received was completely different from the above, you are not treated as a person. I was ignored while standing on the other side of the counter as she discussed my issue. After a couple of minutes I was addressed and given an answer of the rules are the rules.

I've had a few experiences at this location where I couldn't get any help, but on this day, Rimar was there to help with the best attitude and knowledge. I wish all of Home Depot employees were like him.

My sister and I recently moved to Grapevine and our first experience coming into the store in the garden department was a smile and a "good morning" from the cashier at the entrance. It's been uphill from then on. The staff is always ready to make suggestions, answer questions and have the patience of saints when dealing with us. We feel we have our own personal advisors; James, Robin, Chris and others have been so knowledgeable and kind and when we didn't heed their suggestions we found we should have. Our once barren garden is beginning to take shape and hopefully in the Spring we will have it completed.

Great Store!

While using self checkout JENNIFER scanned my multiple items so I didn't to have to scan multiple items individually. This was performed before I even requested it. Her anticipation of my needs...exceeded my expectations!! JENNIFER was outstanding!!

The Southlake store is consistently better than the Roanoke store. More knowledgeable staff, and better selection of merchandise.

Absolutely appreciate the helpfulness of the employees. I needed several items and with the store being so large I opted to get directions instead of doing the isles wandering. Delightful and pleasant customer assistance. 5 Star!

Very helpful and friendly staff, variety of products, options... etc. I went to Lowe's before, and since they were not very helpful, I stopped by the home depot... quite a difference. I will never go to Lowes again and will definitely recommend my friends and acquaintances the same. Home depot has lower prices, much more inventory and people are super friendly!

I normally hate leaving bad reviews, but they asked. I was flat out asked if I purchased the item I was leaving the store with. Startled, I asked if they would like to see the receipt and they responded with - if you have it. Um, yes, I did have it, I just made the purchase. Then the guy read the entire thing, like he was making sure I wasn't lying. I have never been treated like this before. How nice to assume all of your customers are thieves...

My husband and I came into this location to buy paint and had no idea what to look for in a paint finish. The woman working in the paint section was very knowledgeable, friendly and truly seemed happy to help us. Also, the young gentleman working at the checkout station added to our wonderful experience just by being conventional and friendly. We'll definitely come back to this location.

They could not have been more helpful. Listened to both my questions and walked me to each of the departments and even confirmed with another employee that he had showed me the correct item. I was in and out of the store in 15mins! WOW

The parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and trash stacked up by the curb, and there was trash on the grass everywhere. They did not stock some of the most popular Texas plants in the garden area, and the line to check out at 9:54 in the morning was 6 deep, with only 1 cashier. There was no one available in the garden area to answer questions.

No employees were found throughout the store. Horrible experience, I will always go to Lowe`s.

I recently moved back to Dallas in August & I am now living in Grapevine, & I just love this store & how everyone has always been so helpful whenever I come in to find something! I am planning another trip there before this weekend again!!

This is one of the best managed Home Depot stores. The staff at this store are always willing to help and go out of their way to answer your questions.
