Well, finally decided to buy my own chainsaw. My bud always was willing to lend out his but I felt it was time to tackle job of thinning the herd on our 1+ acre w/ it's 75 trees . Bobby couldn't have been anymore patient or knowledgeable while I pondered my purchase. Give that guy a raise!

Very friendly sales reps. Just sometimes hard to find one available.

Store has knowledgeable and helpful employees during week and on weekends as well. Very helpful with know how and product selection for the job you are doing.

Trainees should be sent to this store for training. Employees here bend over backwards to help customers and do it pleasantly. A great shopping experience!

Avoid checking out at the garden center.

I would recommend the store, and gave the rating, based on our interactions with two employees. We had a problem with a sale that was wrung up by another Home Depot employee, and Edie, in appliances, and Catina, the assistant manager, were amazing in working with us to get the situation resolved. They were very professional and stood behind Home Depot's price matching policy. We would return to the store due to the very positive customer service of these two individuals.

Came to visit my aunt in area and shop there,i got help from an employee to get an item from warehouse and offer to save at the desk for me when i ready to check out,but when i check out and ask for item and been told don't know anything about it,and the item was sold to other customers then ignore about it, even the manager was very unprofessional.Even worst that i was stand in line for a while noone ask me if i need help or anything,but when a lady that is different nationality than me came stand in line they ask her right away what she need,very racism.They act like they don't need customer.

I really do love the Southlake Home Depot just because anytime I have called to verify an item was in stock or went in store to locate an item there has always been a friendly associate to help me and majority of the time without me having to hunt one down. I highly recommend this store purely based on the customer service alone.

This store radiates quality. I have always received exceptional customer service, through knowledgeable and helpful employees from the simple smile to the offer of assistance getting to my car. My favorite Home Depot to date!

Friendly,polite,and very helpful. They came and ask if they could help me I did not have to chase them down.

Drove over 2 hours to pick up cabinets that showed multiple in stock online to be told "they aren't on the floor and we cant sell them" by an employee. Luckily one awesome employee Kyle stepped in took our order and spent hours (seriously hours) pulling them from pallets in overhead storage, making sure we got everything we needed and was friendly the whole time. He went above and beyond and made a horrible night a little better

I was struggling with the sticker shock on the Anderson gliding door prices for my patio (over $5,400 for what I wanted). I came into this Home Depot and was greeted by Tom Truelove in the window department. Long story short, he saved me a total of $1,800 by showing me that a larger Anderson patio door (10 foot, 4 panel) would actually cost less than the one I had in mind (9 foot, 3 panel). He then told me to wait 2 days because he though they were having a sale on windows and doors. Good thing I waited, I actually received an addition 15% off my total order because of the sale price... Totally awesome idea by Tom going with the bigger doors and KUDO's for giving me the heads up on the sale prices a few days later.

Home depot empoyees are way more knowledgeable than lowes

Everyone at the store is very helpful. I never regret having to go to my local Home Depot.

Asked at customer service before buying a new lawn mower battery if there was a "return" fee. Was told there was not. Upon purchase, was charged a $12.00 "core" fee. Nice to know there is no "return" fee.

Store looks good and the employees are consistently pleasant. Sometimes it is frustrating when I am unable to reach a product because a ladder is blocking access. The garden department is undermanned.

We shop at this Home Depot regularly. We typically receive good service. The store is always very clean and very well organized. They're also well stocked. They carry an amazing amount of products and I've always been satisfied with how things last and how durable they are. Returns are very simple also. They have self-check that is very simple. Just this particular day, i had a very hard time finding someone to help me with a part. I approached a group of employees just hanging out in a section. They seemed to be having quite a time and as I tried to ask for help, I was ignored and got a nice eye roll from a woman whose name i didn't catch. I commented that when they were done with their break I could use some help and they just scattered. They weren't a group of teenagers that you would kind of almost expect to behave that way. These were grown people. It was a very atypical experience for that particular store.
