Renee did something that warmed my heart what an employee I would give her a raise

I spent about two hours in Home Depot today. Trying to figure out how he’s going to get a barbecue back to my place to surprise my husband tomorrow for his birthday. Jacob took the time to check out all the delivery options, which there were none for the same-day delivery, called multiple people to see if we could try to squeeze in a same delivery, and even check delivery for tomorrow morning, but it wouldn’t arrive soon enough. He even showed me all the rental options that Home Depot has, and how I could go about moving his big barbecue by myself. He looked at multiple barbecues with me to make sure that they were in perfect condition, moving them, putting them back, not being annoyed at all by my indecisiveness. He then took apart the barbecue for me, put it on a flat cart and helped me play Tetris in my car to fit it all in so I can have it today. He then helped me pick out tools for the barbecue, propane tank, and looked at options for barbecue covers. The whole time he was extremely helpful, so nice and made me feel comfortable. I definitely am going to come back and say hi to Jacob, and thank him again with my husband for helping me pull off this awesome surprise!

Just bought the handheld tc pro sprayer and working on small projects in my home love it

There were plenty of associates available despite the store being busier than expected. Mike/Myke who helped us find our items skillfully juggled three different requests while tending ours, including that of another associate who needed a spotter to retrieve an item from above the retail shelving. He made the entire experience a 12/10!!! Give the man a few more coins/dollars and patches!!! He's a keeper!

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Michele (customer service representative for iSpring Water Systems) for her exceptional assistance in our journey to troubleshoot a malfunctioning iSpring RO800 Reverse Osmosis water filtration system purchased at Home Depot. Michele was patient and had a friendly demeanor throughout the process. Unfortunately, the system could not be fixed, but luckily, my system qualified for a replacement under the one-year warranty. Nothing was wrong with the light. I bought this light for the San Diego hurricane that did not happen. I did not realize it needed a battery and charger sold separately. Managers Sandra and Paulette were most helpful.

I never thought I would be writing a review about a Home Depot, but I truly love this store - this location in Sports Arena in particular. Every single time I am in here (it is quite often these days), everyone is super helpful and friendly to both me and my dog. Honestly, the managers are the best. I have had multiple experiences where a manager has proactively helped me and gotten me unexpected amazing discounts. The employees are also readily available and willing to help - which I need 99% of the time I am in there as a new home owner. I now frequent Home Depot more than the Target next door for every day things, and that's saying something!

After feeling frustrated trying to make my way through the crowded isles filled with huge displays and boxes of stuff, I was met by a cashier who’s name is Karen, M. She was such a delight to work with when she was helping me and she just lifted up my day. She has a natural affinity that made me forget my frustrations. And this is the first time that I felt this way at any Home Depot. So do yourself a favor and go look up Karen M at the Home Depot #0674.

I went in just for some screws for my kitchen pan, but the gentleman who helped me did a complete job for me so I don't have to do it by myself at home. He was very patient and helpful! I highly recommend the Sports Arena Home Depot to others!!!

In this day and age, caring and consideration is everything. When I shop at the Sports Arena Home Depot, I am most always welcomed by a staff member. On my most recent visits, two employees stand out as great examples of customer service. The is Ed in Plumbing who went out of his way to retrieve parts from a top shelf that were just what I needed. His direction allowed me to complete my kitchen faucet installation with ease. Ed was kind, understanding, and patient while helping me. The other employee is Karen J. Karen has worked at Sports Arena Home Depot for many years. I have deeply appreciated her friendliness, support, care. Karen works in the Garden Department and I have seen her consistently care for her customers. She has been helpful with products and suggestions on numerous occasions. Karen is the epitome of great customer service and I know she is a most valuable asset to Home Depot. People like Karen and Ed are the reasons I exclusively shop at the Sports Arena Home Depot.

Every time me and my wife visit the sports area location Charles is so helpful and makes sure me are satisfied with the shopping experience! He is a great example of a helpful retail worker, plus super fast checkout time

Nick will help you problem solve! He has a ton of suggestions and is extremely knowledgeable of all HD products. He also treats his employees with respect and empowerment which is so inspiring.

How much training does it take to identify a coupon and to scan it in the computer at checkout? Here it takes 4 employees and 25 minutes. Enough said.

As most people know, Home Depot employees can be as helpful as a 50-50 gamble. If you find somebody that is good, and will speak to you in a language that you can understand, meaning if you’re like me, and you’re always learning about new projects and processes, go back to the head employee every time you visit! I found Tracy James in electrical, and Ed in Plumbing, to be spectacular employees! I will definitely return to both of them!
