Leah and Edward were very helpful to my family and I when we made a trip to the store tonight. They both had really good customer service. The store itself is clean and the staff in general is very helpful.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for the past 25 years or so and love it! The employees in this store are always very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Especially an employee named Beau who works at the customer service area. Also, this store always seems to have everything in stock that I am looking for. Very centrally located and plenty of parking available. I have seen this store remodel and expand several times over the years and it's honestly one of my favorite places to shop!

Christopher(cashier) was friendly, kind, sweet, and helpful. He’s beyond excellent!!

If you need an appliance see Edward. Really knows the products and can give you the reasons why you should pick a product. He did a great job.

This store simply amazes me. Amongst the hustle and bustle of the day, they consistently maintain a high level of customer service. Sure you might encounter an associate who may not be as knowledgeable in the matter but they tend to obtain for you someone who has the knowledge and learn about it themselves at the same time. What I see speaks volumes. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. From the door greeter, the associates in a department, and the cashiers all make the shopping experience a great one. I came in the Big roll up door and was greeted by Desiree. Walked to the opposite side of the store to get to garden and was greeted by two more employees. Dan, Daniel and Juan were placing merchandise on the shelves and saw me looking at the fertilizer. After a few questions and answers they found exactly what I needed and the right size bag. Chris in customer service rang me up and gave me some info about the home depot account if I so desired one. Remarkable. Thank you.

I waited a few minutes to be allowed in to shop in the aisle (it was cordoned off), as an employee needed to move some tiles using a lift. Once allowed in, none of the three employees in that aisle offered to help me. It was obvious I was not finding what I was looking for but no one offered to help me. Two of the employees left and the third one continued to ignore me. He was too busy stocking....couldn’t be bothered. I was the only customer in that aisle. When I approached that employee to help me, he hardly said much and seemed hostile. I don’t recommend this particular store… There are other Home Depot’s that have better customer service and more consistently friendly employees. I walked out of that store feeling very negative and bad about the interaction I had with that employee.

There was a very long line when I was checking out. The cashier, Charles, was very friendly, and upbeat while he moved the line along.

Verdas was so helpful and went out of his way helping me load an awkward large particle board in my car. He even helped me tie down my hatchback! They need more employees like him!

The customer service rep Beau is the best! He is professional, personable, diligent and caring. He turned an unpleasant experience completely around for us! The world needs more people like Beau!

Gil in plumbing seemed to be having a bad day. He was short with someone on the phone that he answered while we were interacting and he could be a little more polite.

I love this Home Depot! The staff are very friendly and always helpful!

Your Sports Arena store has long been my favorite. Helpful employees, they make you feel welcome and you want to return!

Great selection, great staff, easy parking - what more could you ask for?!!!

The checkout person did not put the PO name on my commercial project and instead out a number of her choosing. When I mentioned it, she asked if I wanted her to void the sale and I said , no , I want her to put the project name that I give her and not a number that she chooses. As I was leaving she used profanity toward me.

Just finished the Home Depot "Survey" and I had to "Strongly Disagree" with the survey statement that the store was generally clean and neat. It definitely was not "generally" clean and neat. It was da _ _ clean and neat! Stay safe, be well, :)

The store was fine. I come here all the time. However, on 02/26/21 @ 4pm, I was just disappointed with: 1) whoever stocked the 3" gray (phillips head) screws, because CLEARLY they were NOT 1-pound (as indicated on the box), and 2) Chester's handling of me the customer. I'm not asking for special treatment, but if you're selling a product that is less than half full... why discount only half? I mentioned this more than once to Chester and he just ignored my comments??? On the brighter side, I came in today 03/03/21 and noticed the 3" screws in question were back to full weight, yay! Chester seems like a nice guy, but I believed he could have dealt with me more professionally. In closing, fair is fair... don't cheat customers by putting improperly labeled products on the shelves, and don't ignore or make light of customers who bring it to your attention.

Employee was friendly and store was clean and organized very easy to find the thing you are looking for.

I would not recommend this store for water heaters. Other than that, everything's fine. Would like to see the water heaters I use more available (Rheem, 40 and 50 gallon, 9 year warranty). Also, would like to have a couple on the floor, not just on an upper shelf requiring an associate to get them. On this trip I intended to purchase two 40 gallon water heaters. The only 2 available were in damaged boxes, so I only got 1 (the least damaged). When we opened it on site we discovered the gas valve was damaged. I had to rush to another Home Depot to get a replacement. Big waste of my time, and extended repair time for the military family we were helping. I returned the damaged water heater back to your store later in the day.

I was able to find everything I needed. The Cashier Esther was very kind and helpful at the register. Keep up the good work team!

Came here looking for a specific item. Esmeralda looked item up online. She was able to findsimilar items in-store and walked me to them to ensure I didn't get lost and found the item. Exceptional customer service!!

The store felt like it was clutter free. I'm certain that the store can become a mess really quickly if not for the employees doing a great job of making it tidy. Because I didn't have to scramble to get what I needed I was able to get in and get back out in no time at all. Bernie in hardware area was a great help to me and the several others in a matter of moments. He kept his composure and kept a smile on his face. More of the same and the store will be recognized by many more people.

Angela in the window shade department rocks! She corrected the problem getting the shade I wanted which went badly in two previous Home Depot stores I visited...one the cutter was broken and the next store did not cut it to size even though I physically brought the old shade with me. I felt the team at this store seem to actually work as a team.

Good store to be shopping in , Home Depot is the perfect spot for any home improvement. Great staff working there ,everyone in good attitude very knowledgeable about there customers in making sure they find everything ok with no hassle. I appreciate a store like that were you feel confident about your shopping experience. Thank you home depot for helping your customers all over america. Thank you.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to have neighborhood p people working there because I wasn’t at all pleased with my past service. I wasn’t able to remember the name of the guy who was unprofessional, and the girl who didn’t give a crap about what I was looking for. So I did speak to a manager or someone in charge that day, and he too was confused when I told him about the homeboys behavior. This company is an equal opportunity employer, so all persons must be considered for hire. I understand that, and Home Depot does not want to be accused of discrimination. Some people just ought to leave their neighborhood mentality at home or don’t bother going to work because that kind of behavior gives the company a bad name.
