I am beyond grateful with the exceptional customer service I received from Mr. CJ & Mrs. Tammy today! I have been to two other home depot locations in search of this pressure washer that has show available at each of the locations but was unfortunately unable to locate the unit i desired. However, when our search at this location again came up unfruitful Mr. CJ rather than telling me what the other locations told me "sorry, we don't seem to have it. Maybe you could order it online.", he found the next closest unit and price-matched the unit helping me out tremendously seeing the time and effort I have put into looking for this unit! I give a million thanks to Mr. CJ & Mrs. Tammy for going out of there way to help take care of me!!!!!

I love this store the employees are warm friendly and extremely helpful. I had best experience shopping at his location. I found everything I needed and the plus was I didn't have to walk around looking for someone to help.

Appliance specialists are very knowledgeable! This was my second visit to this store and because of the help received the first time returned and purchased my appliances here!

The job itself was done well and the technician was competent and respectful. However, the ARS representative I dealt with was dishonest. ARS appears to be the sole contractor of Home Depot for installing heaters.

I bought a range from Sherry Ali, who was so sweet. She was very thorough in explaining the product, delivery, installation and protection plan. I highly recommend if you are on the fence on an appliance please seek Sherry and she will help you.

If you need anything that Home Depot has, I highly recommend the store on I-45 near Cypresswood. The help is excellent! In the paint department - ask for Daniel.

I have shopped this store since it first opened and for a very long time it was my go to for home and business needs. In the recent past I notice a decline in everything about this store. It is messy the, they employees are no where near as helpful as before. I recently went to the Kuykendahl store #2389 for tool rentals, this store is so much better that I will drive past the Spring store to shop at Kuykendahl

Sometimes it is hard to find someone to really assist you when making a purchase. Anthony did an awesome job assiting me with purchasing shower doors for my new bathroom (as I had NO idea what to get). And at check out Ms Lakesha was so friendly while remaining profesional. She assisted in setting up the doors as a will call. Very happy with today's visit (06/07/21)

Manager Zulema was excellent and helpful. She was willing to go exceedingly and above to meet my expectation. Great customer service.

Aisles were packed with merchandise to be picked up and sales items which created traffics jams and the lumber was below average. Plan to spend time at this store maneuvering through the aisles and digging through the lumber to find good quality wood.

Great customer service from the paint dept.!! Thank you Jose and Jason for getting everything handled quickly and with a smile even though I could clearly see y'all were in demand of numerous requests by customers and retailers stocking shelves. You guys rock!!

This is a great store. The staff is friendly and it’s always tidy. Well stocked too. There’s no big difference in the cost of supplies ultimately between the big stores so I go to the one with the best shopping experience.

Excellent customer service

Every time I go to this location I encounter friendly, helpful associates. The store is always clean and organized. I was able to easily find the product I was looking to purchase. I made a major appliance purchase today and Mr. Clark, the Appliance Specialist, was very helpful and answered all of my questions and clarified a few things for me. It was a pleasure to work with him on this purchase today.

It appears that social hour is more important to the employees of this location that actually tending to customers needs. Had an issue with an item not ringing up so the cashier sought the assistance of a manager. After 25 minutes, I was told we were waiting on a manager "Matt." I decided 25 minutes was long enough and left. Upon leaving the parking lot, I observed a group of people, most of which were in orange aprons, mingling at the far end of the lot. Two of which appeared to be hugging and then I caught a glimpse of the black rectangle on one apron which typically indicates that he/she is a manager or assistant manager. I then looked a little closer and it appeared to say "Matt" on the name line leaving me to believe this was the manager that I waited on for nearly 25 minutes in the store. unfortunately, perception is reality for a customer and this is not a good perception.

I have been to this store countless times over the last 12 years since we moved into this area and have been impressed with the knowledge of the workers in every department. We have been to every department in this store and I mean every department for fixing up our home. I will keep this Home Depot as my favorite always.

If you are looking for an appliance like a dishwasher make sure to ask for Sherry. Very nice & very smart about the appliance you need.

Do not go by any of the prices they have displayed in the store, they are completely wrong. They had 3 different prices advertised for one product in the store and they said I had to pay the highest price they had listed/scanned. Very disappointed in the customer service and not being held accountable for the prices that are clearly posted. I have pictures and I hope I can post them here, if not, I will be posting them on their FB page

Staff always ready to help !!!

I have been shopping here since it was opened. The store has been for the most part a very good store and when I was a service technician and visited several HDs this was better than most. I don't care for the move to almost totally self check out. What seems a serious oversite is there is not hand sanitizers at there registers. You have to handle the scanner just a few seconds after the last customer inline. They should do better than that during these times.
