When you visit this store you are greeted by friendly people. They willingly help as is necessary. The carts are clean and enough . you do not need to wait to get one. You can find them in the specialize location. Was easy to find the items I needed.

Simone is a great employee she is always friendly and willing to help. She goes above and beyond to help me complete my projects.

The service is amazing at this location as opposed to the other locations nearby. Other Home Depots don't have stock but St. Cloud does. Luis the Garden Supervisor is exceptional.

WE PURCHASED A GENERATOR AT THIS STORE WHERE ALLEN PROVIDED THE PROS AND CONS OF VARIOUS MODELS SO THAT WE COULD MAKE THE BEST CHOICE. HE GAVE US AN HOUR AND A HALF OF HIS TIME SO WE COULD MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. IF YOU NEED A GENERATOR SEE ALLEN AT THE ST. CLOUD STORE # 6350

Store is not protecting customers by not enforcing the use of masks by all shoppers and employees. Osceola county requires masks.

I had a worst customer service experience in St. Cloud store. The store supervisor is rude and have no feelings for the customer. Very disappointed with the over all experience. It take long to associate to actual come and help especially people like me how doesn’t know much about things. Very disappointed.

From the moment you enter the store you get a good feeling people are very helpful and if they dont know the answer they find someone to assist you the store is clean and there is always one lady her name is Evelyn ,short hair this lady will go out of her way to help and of course the tall lady that's always trying to get me to test my water ph very persistent God bless her I truly enjoy visiting this store

overall the store has improved over the past few months but checkout is a problem. They add many self checkouts but they are never open. They are also having a poor supply of lumber and the quality is getting very poor at best. I am hoping this is just a temporary thing.

The store has improved overall and it appears to have more employees that can talk to you. The problem you will have is that they have a ton of self-checkout registers but they are always closed unless they have an employee manning the register (defeats the whole self-checkout) because of this you will wait in line for some time.

I always find the products I seek and the staff is always willing to help me locate items I can't find myself.

Either the employees need more training on the use of your computer checkouts, or the computer programming is majorily flawed. There is no reason it should take an hour to checkout when purchasing a microwave, and trying to use a HD 10% discount, along with a HD gift card. Finally not being able to use both, and just being able to use the discount. Fail, Home Depot
