The store is nice.

At first I got a very bad experience with an employee from appliances calles "Allen" and after going to the manager "Ronald Potvin" and talking about the issue with him he made me feel welcomed at the store and got help from a very nice and polite employee called "Willie" from fencing. They made my new home shopping experience the best. Thank you!!!

Overall this store is improving. Appear to be hiring more people and people who you can talk to and understand what you are asking.

My review is more about the employees. Which to me makes a difference wether I frequent certain stores. Employees were very friendly and went above and beyond. Especially Alfred...

When this store first opened it was a shopping nightmare, they never seemed to have what you were looking for and did not have near enough people to help you, I did most of my shopping at other places, now after a few years it has improved 100 percent. I now find it a very good shopping experience, in and out with what I wanted quickly, that is why I now shop at this Home Depot store

Clean store with large selections of items that were easy to find.

Cashier Yvette was very helpful and polite I think she should be given a supervisory position.

If you want reliable information in the tile department be careful... had we listened to the man in that department and kept the thinset mixture he recommended the large tiles we were putting up in our bathroom would have fallen off the wall! Luckily my husband called the product's manufacturer and asked for more advice - that's how we found out this guy had started us so horribly wrong. This isn't the first time the St Cloud employees have given horrible advice. Be careful, question the information given if you are working on any project!

Jim in the paint department and Ruth the Service department cashier should recognised for job they do in dealing with customers.

I use the Home Depot app to find the products I need, sometimes I order in the morning and go to work, then pick up the package after work. These services are extremely helpful.

Customer service was very Pleasant. Great deals on flowers that day.

Store was clean

Some of the Sales Associates do not do what they say they will do. We spent 45 minutes picking colors, material and style and it was never entered in to the computer from her notebook and she can't find it. After having the measurements done and going in to pay for the product the solution was to start over.

This Home Depot is number one when it comes to customer service and care. Very helpful staff. Kudos.

The store always have all items and products I need and store employees are very friendly and always willing to help.

My Home depot in St. Cloud, Florida has wonderful employees. Each time I visit, I meet a new employee because I always have an employee helping me ; as if I had my own personal shopper. Upon my next return, it seems as if I am visiting an old friend when I see that previous employee who had helped me and we speak. I know the names of the employees and it just feels great so say hello and use the proper name. It is like a visit to a friend's home

The store manager and an employee named mike help my husband and I get into our van after locking the keys inside. Being from out of town we didn’t know who to call everything was in our van. They went above and beyond helping us. We are forever grateful for there help

Store is very well organized and you can find an employee in almost every aisle willing to help and answer your questions. Also if they just see you looking they come up to you and ask if you need help or n locating what you are looking for.

It's impossible to find anyone in this store when you need help. When you do they are always too busy with something else.

Great shopping experience always, friendly helpful workers. I always find what I am looking for..The plant department is great and my annual plants are doing great, so what’s not to like. Just love shopping at Home Depot. Thank you for always making my shopping experience fun.
