The store is conveniently located on the island and it provides many choices. I love the plant section very much!!!

The Associates Ask you if you need help & that’s great

My shopping experience was ok and my check out cashier just made it a little better, she was very approachable and she greated me so well, I like that.

We received exceptional customer service from Jack in the Garden Section. Jack was not only very helpful but also friendly and professional. The cashiers are also friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service and shopping experience I have ever had in all my years of doing business with the Home Depot brand. Waited over an hour to find an associate to help me find a power tool that was on display, but the stock shelves were out of place and disheveled, so I required assistance. Had to flag down four different associates. First associate told me, "I don't know this area, ask someone over there" (as he pointed back across the store), second associate stated, "Let me check on that", and disappeared. I waited 15 minutes before starting the daunting search for another associate. Third associate was leaned on a crate with his buddy on his cell phone. I asked for assistance and was told, "I'll page someone." After an intercom blast and another 10 minutes, I found him again, and got another intercom page. Finally, the fourth associate showed up to help me find a simply Ryobi power tool. He looked for 30 seconds in the same spot that I did, and informed me they were out. I told him I just checked online, and the store showed 5 in stock, in this store, right now. He said it was probably wrong and walked off. 10 minutes later I began searching for some more help. I found the last associate in the corner, on his phone, leaned on a bench, telling jokes with 5 other employees. I asked him what the deal was once again. He asked all of his friends, and walked over to check one other shelf, and told me they were sold out, before walking off again. Wow Home Depot... Wow... I am disappointed that this store is the largest hardware store on the island. I know I will have to return in the future, but it will not be by choice. I recommend going anywhere else, I assure you, the shopping expericne cannot get any worse.

Staff is very helpful and prices on household items are competitive. There are always deals on appliances as well.

This store is always clean and well stocked. Understand that it may not have quite the number of choices as the stores stateside. The shelves are well organized, and the prices are very similar. The staff is always willing to help.

I would recommend this store because there are no other ones here, but the customer service is horrible! Angry unwilling workers, they will pass you and never offer assistance. You hardly get someone to help you on the floors. The management needs teaching so they can teach the employees but the store manager always looks so angry

Although the employees are never rude, it takes a long time to get service when it seems as if there are many employees walking around. In my experience today, I was told someone would come and assist me and no one came after 15 minutes. I eventually to a desk where one employee was helping another customer. I asked if after he could help me. I waited and he did. He was excellent. Yet I saw three other employees walking around. This as in the kitchen/ microwave area. I find it hard to do the review because he was so helpful but so many others seem to be just walking around and not focused on the customer. Not one person asked could they help me. I had to initiate all conversations. The other issue is the lack of actual product. It took this employee climbing over boxes just to see if the product was available although it said it was but it was not. Eventually I settled on something else because the employee was so helpful and industrious but it was not what I saw on display. We have few choices on the island. That is why I would still recommend because we need the products and Home Depot carries familiar brands.

Every time I have been to Home Depot the service from the sales associates have been excellent. Mrs Nieves has been fantastic helping me to get the item I wanted. It took some time to get it, but she was on top of, it and contacted me at home when they received the item. She was really helpful and always friendly and even remembered my name . The store has always been clean and neat when I have visited Home Depot.

It is not clustered. You can find anything your looking for easy customer service is excellent.

I always enjoy my shopping experience at The Home Depot here in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. There is always a large variety of items to choose from along with exceptional deals. There are things you can find here that you won't be able to find anywhere else on the island and the price is always right. I'm glad that we have a store convenient to many of us island wide where the service is always fast, friendly and efficient.
