Employees are always courteous and knowledgeable, ready to assist in any way that they can. Inventory is very very substantial and is displayed so that navigating and finding the merchandise is easily accomplished.

I was shopping for carpet and I received great customer service in the flooring department.

I purchased several flowers from garden department and was very satisified.

Bought a new fridge. Damaged by delivery crew. Second attempt at delivery was cancelled twice. Have no idea if/when the fridge will be delivered or if it will be damaged!

We had a return and Madelyne helped us through it. Btw, I failed to mention I had a purchase a few weeks ago and received great help but failed to fill out the survey.

I just bought a trash can.

Sunset Hills Home Depot is lucky to have Cindy working there. She helped me so much out in garden area. She's relocated to inside store and she knows that like the back of her hand. She's always friendly and ready to help.

Went to the store to look for a Air conditioner and a employee asked if he could help us we explained what we were looking for and he said he said the person from that department was at lunch break but he would find us when that employee was back from lunch, after about 10 minutes Eric S. Who was helping us was able to answer all our questions and proceeded to get on line and completed our order and printed out our copies of of the receipt also the extra one for the rebate. I was looking for a 40V Blade Weed Trimmer but no replacement blades were available so had to get a 40V string trimmer. Staff was very good explaining options, Checkout wasn't as pleasant. I was using a check for the purchase and their check system would not process my check after three attempts so was forced to use a credit card. Normally this would not be a problem but the nearest Home Depot is an hour away. I was told they have problems with the check system. So beware you may have to use a credit card or carry cash if your check doesn't process.

I was looking for plants for my garden. This store had a wide variety and healthy looking plants

I went to purchase 4 appliances for my kitchen. The appliance associate Aaron went above and beyond in his help. Thank you to a professional courteous associate who was very helpful in my quest!

This is my "go to" Home Depot. From the ease of parking, to the well organized store, to the helpful, friendly staff, this store checks all the boxes.

Everytime we visit the Sunset Hills location we are very pleased with the knowledge of their products and always friendly. We actually drive 10 miles further to go to this one because it is above the others.

My online pick order merchandise was incorrect. They immediately apologized, returned and reordered my items on the spot. The new charge was increased $5, I questioned the price and stated "I was ok with it, just wondering, its not a problem" (could be tax or merchandise increase). Next a superviser typed a few things into the register said have a nice day, and the attendant stated a discounted price below the original invoice. Nice savings for my client. I was in disbelief, THAT NEVER HAPPENS anywhere else.

Untrained and uncaring staff

Your employee, Sherry, in Home & Garden was extremely helpful, friendly & really seemed to enjoy her job. She helped me find several items, offered advice, pointed out items that were on sale (which I ended up buying) & just all around a nice person.

When purchasing carpet I had many questions for Joe. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable when answering my many questions! Home Depot is blessed to have him as an employee because he represents them very well! Great job Joe and will look for you on my next flooring job! Sunset Hills Home Depot has great customer service. The employees actually walk you to the product you are looking for and generally knowledgeable and helpful.

Marty and Leigh work here and they are so helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable.. I was so frustrated but their expert team-help made me happy to continue shopping here

I always find friendly associates at the Sunset Hills location. We have purchased a water heater and now a dishwasher from Home Depot most recently. While we needed extra help with the water heater, the service was impeccable. You have us as customers for life. The only thing that would make it better is if you would open a location in Eureka, MO!
