I was shopping for some tile the guys in flooring were amazing mark and Dominic worked together even on different shifts they helped me shop and figure out square footage and pricing both went above and beyond what the job asks and I love the tile I got

I bought over 50 Vinca flowers the other day, and they were all super healthy and look fantastic in my backyard

Recently moved from Michigan where my local Home Depot staff knew me by name. The Tramonto staff is warm and welcoming as well as very helpful.

I Needed to get help on a damaged wheeled large tool chest. Erica Hunsaker at the Service Desk was very professional and efficient in getting my problem resolved in a painless manner. It is not often vou encounter a voung emplovee as helpful as she was. She is deminitely an asset to your company and hopetully she is being compensated accordingly. I am now retired. but when I was looking for a mature, quality, motivated employee she would fit the bill. I hope you share my thoughts with her.

the employees at this store make this Home Depot the very best in the valley! This store is clean, well stocked for a smaller store and shoppers will notice the same friendly faces (associates, manager etc.) year after year. Says a lot about a business when there isn't a constant turn-over. I shop at this store with confidence knowing the associates, cashiers, managers are all there with the customer in mind.

I was so indecisive when purchasing gift cards and cashier Robin was very personable and helpful. She helped me select the perfect gift cards.

Pete and Micky were excellent help with the purchase and loading of heavy railroad ties onto carts and then into our truck.

My wife went in today to find a specific vanity light fixture. Although the app said it was on the shelf, it was not. We met Mark in lighting and he searched, then Pete in gardening came and helped Mark find them. They were stellar and never gave up till they located them. We can’t thank them enough for the great experience. Everyone there was first rate but those two stood out.

if you have to stop in this store, be sure and get Ernesto to help you! He always has a giant smile when he greats you and asks if you need assistance! He takes you right to the item you’re looking for and knows his stuff when it comes to tools, electrical and plumbing, and everything in between!!!!

Ernesto was very friendly and very helpful and even made suggestions on which type of Sundry room light might work best.

Mark got down from a ladder about 30 yds away when he noticed me struggling to load an item into my cart. He had me wait while he ran to get a flat cart, loaded the item for me, walked me up to check out and even loaded the box into my car for me. I was so thankful that he went above and beyond to help me. Employees like Mark will bring me back to Home Depot time after time!

Ernesto was incredible. He knew not only where to find the odd pieces we needed, but was knowledgeable regarding them. We don't even know what department he worked in because he was knowledgeable about each department! Wonderful asset to Tramonto HD!

I've been shopping at home Depot for over 30 years not only for my business but for the occasional personal items that I need. On one of the hottest days of the year my central AC unit went to put. It's going to be about 5 days at 100 plus degrees and that's just something I could not tolerate. I walked into home Depot looking for an air conditioner that I could install quickly and temporarily I was in and out in 30 minutes Shelly was an exemplary associate and want me through the entire process and short order and with a smile we even had a couple of laughs. Thank You home Depot and thank you Shelly

I will be picking up the fridge tomorrow. Being a holiday everyone was so nice.

Went in and couldn't find what my husband sent me for. Help desk immediately called that dept. They didn't have a second part (needed 2) Wayne helped me find a better choice which made my husband very happy. I was impressed by the knowledge, willingness to help and friendliness of everyone I encountered.

Just bought plants from this store. Not the first product. Patio cooler and christmas tree. Everything has been right on perfect.

The Tramonto store is a great store that has friendly and helpful staff with a good selection of products. On the negative side, they really need to fix their parking lot. Your shopping cart shakes and rattles everything in your cart.

The employees were helpful and showed me where things were when I asked.

Davie and Anita from the major appliances department were so awesome today. Major purchases can sometimes becomes challenging to make sure you get the right appliances you want. Ladies were awesome on my first visit, and a second one, when I came in to change an order. Patient, polite, great customer service! Thank you!

Well stocked in their nursery where I had shopped. They had a lot more plants than other stores
