i was racial Discriminated against by customer service rep. Jason. he refused to listen to my issue and interrupted me while speaking. he was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL all, i needed was to replace a PHILIPS 65w DAYLIGHT smart WI-FI LED.and wanted help to get the bulb that was out of my REACH

If you have gardening needs you need to go to this specific location and specifically ask for Patsy!!! She was so wonderful during our visit. We had some plants die sadly after redoing our landscaping. Turns out we just weren’t educated. We found patsy in gardening and she was so above and beyond helpful. She took the time to ask our needs and understand what our level of commitment to care was. She asked about our water system and walked us throughout all the plants pointing out her recommendations and explaining why. My toddler began to get tired and my husband was carrying him while I pushed the stroller with our baby. So Patsy pushed our cart for us!! So sweet. She escorted us to checkout at the door nearest our parking spot. And then walked us to our car and personally loaded our new plant babies in while we buckled in the kids. Talk about above and beyond!!!! We are now loyal customers thanks to her. Go patsy!!!!

Tramonto Home Depot hires and trains the best in the business.

This is our local Home Depot and we always have wonderful service! Thank you for all your help! And keeping it always very clean and safe during this time!

return customer service Anthony made an accusation that I steal for I did not have my credit card or receipt for some items...I did mention that one of my cards was a renewal card and he said oh well we cannot prove that you purchased so it is store credit & that I am lucky that I received anything at all.

Left an abrupt and non-helpful employee at the Pro desk from the 488 store on Carefree Hwy.Went to the Tramonto Store--service was night and day. Great attitude, helpful and upbeat. Will now go an extra 15 minutes out of my way to this store. Great experience! Found everything i needed, and was helped with a large online purchase that saved me time and money.

Can't go wrong with Home Depot! If they don't have it they will find it and get it to you. Associates are very well informed about products, precautions and use. They go out of the way to take care of all your needs, contractors or do-it-your selfers. Pleasure doing business with Home Depot!!

Great employees Clean store Very knowledgable

Employee helped me find what I wanted, walked with me to point it out, selection is so large it could have taken a long time to find.

Wife sent me to get gardening supplies so we could preoccupy ourselves during the recommended quarantine. It was closing time and Carla offered to move some heavy whiskey barrels for some trees i was putting in them. I was struggling to get them out front by closing time and the lights were turning off. Carla offered to help me and her and Tim loaded them in a pallet jack and helped move them to the front of the store so I could load them in my vehicle. Then Sebastian helped load them as well. Amazing service and example of going the extra mile.

I like the layout, the products carried, and the pricing at HD compaired to the other big box but if I am spending a lot, then I go to the other one because I get a substantial veterans discount. Guess HD is not that patriotic but of course most of the hardware carried at HD is Chinese
