Riley ( new guy ) was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure we had all our plumbing needs for a specific project. We were very patient with him still learning the store but he did not steer us wrong!

Cashier( Darla) was very kind and helpful.

This is one of the really well run stores. We recently built our own home and I came to rely on Heme Depot for countless times both big and small. The staff is always more than willing to help and the store manager when I have dealt with him was outstanding. Clearly this is a well lead operation with a great team. Keep up the good work!

Bought a new battery operated weed whip. We are very pleased with it.

Ran in for an item I found online. Price was not the same as online. I stopped an employee and Donna W checked the phone, ran the scan found the right price and checked me out as cashier!!! Great service and they loaded the bench into my car.....KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I’m a single woman who needs to be able to take care of my home maintenance. I can always rely on my Home Depot for supplies and help if I have questions about a chore I want to complete.

i was in search of vinyl flooring to re-do my kitchen and laundry room, but knew I could not actually accomplish the job by myself. The gentleman that I had assist me was able to walk me through all the steps that I knew I had to do, along with covering a coupe of steps that I never thought of. A real positive, that's for sure.

Bought an area rug today. The employees were extremely helpful and offered assistance loading the rug in our vehicle.

I requested assistance in purchasing 8 doors for my house. I asked for someone to come measure and I planned to pay for installation as well. After collecting my money, they called and said 40 miles is too far to travel, and my house might have lead based paint so they wouldn’t be able to do the job. Just hoping I get my money back since they did NOTHING!

Today Darla and Melody ( I think?) At customer service desk. Both very helpful. Both played part in getting an item that was out of stock shipped to this store from another store. Along with being very friendly and good attitudes. These days that is not that common....the new norm

Top notch service that actually enjoys their jobs. You can tell management is superior, because the morale at this particular store is at its height. Everyone is eager to help and makes sure the customer is satisfied. And quality products are a standard. Store is clean and well organized.

This particular location is experiencing an influx of new residence as well as being more busy than usual. I usually experience a burnout of employees, but I have to say the employees at this store are always great, their staff is always helpful, and I think that’s a reflection on the store manager, and everyone else as well.
