Thank you Stephen for the assistance with getting paint we needed, and the RYOBI Chainsaw. This man knows the location of what we asked for and walked us to the need items. He doesn't need the Home Depot to find app to find things, HE Knows his store! Thanks again, Richard, Edna and Freya

I went in to resolve an issue with a shop vac as well as a paint color. Both employees were so extremely helpful and made me feel my issue was important. Thank you to Cameron and Rochelle for all your help and kindness

The Tumwater Home Depot has really gone downhill. I have been shopping there for 15 years and now it is often out of stock on many items and it is also very difficult to find an Associate on the floor to help you. When you do find an Associate they are often alone, mesmerized on their cellphones and resent being disturbed from their phone. When you find someone that can help you, they display a resentful "attitude" and a real poor customer service mindset. This store needs a change in leadership!

An employee went way out of his way to get a door down from the upper shelves so we could get the door we wanted.

When I shop in store or on line from this store, the employees who assist me do a great job. They are helpful in many ways. I generally use the self checkout. Someone is nearly always there and ready to assist if need be.

I unfortunately went to the Tumwater Home Depot too late and had already purchased and planted most of my plants and flowers. I then stopped by Home Depot and wished I could dig everything up and start again. The selection of plants, shrubs and flowers was amazing! You have to see it to believe it. Flowers and planters in the most beautiful colors and designs! Colors of petunias I've never even seen before and I plant petunias every year! It's the end of July and they still have an amazing selection!

Didn't have the items I paid for over the phone.

Couldn’t find an available employee, couldn’t find an available cart, cashier was busy chatting, won’t be back.

working on a plumbing project and employees were very helpful in getting the joe job done right. The parking lot painted lines are wore down so it's diffucult to see if your in a good spot or not. But there's plenty of parking.

We go to our Tumwater Home Depot about once or twice a month or so and have for over a decade. Every single time the store is clean, organized, priced, stocked, and to top it off has some very friendly, hard working employees! Jose and the manager on duty (middleage guy with a beard) were awesome and took care of me after an issue with a home depot delivery. Jose was also very patient and helped me with a several small returns I had after completing a kitchen remodel.
