Tim McLean has been very helpfull with assisting me on my purchases he’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Deborah has always has a smile and friendly cashier, these are the kind of people I like working with.

Except for the inferior quality lumber products, HD is a place I constantly turn to for the best bargains on tools, lighting and paints. I only wish they'd open another store closer to me.

Heidi was great. Not sure how you think I was dissatisfied!! Stupid survey!

So even though it is the smallest store in the area it is big on Customer Service. If you are buying an appliance at this store see Sarah, Kennedy or Mandy. They really do know there stuff. Very impressed.

Tuesday morning 10 o'clock there's one cashier and store in a line from the front of the store to the back of the store.

Great service most all the time. I have been in the store dozens of times in the last 10 months and the service is always great.

Also Sister was extremely clean self check out was extremely fast and if you have questions even about wanting to work for you or your 17 year son they got on the phone and called HR to answer your questions immediately.

Lid came off paint in pickup bed. Paint everywhere including bed, undercarriage, road and driveway. Assistant manager stated he would give me $100 off paint. Chad Store Manager has filed a claim on my behalf to help resolve issue. Thank you Chad and I'll update review later after resolution to claim.

If you have a color in mind inside or out just bring something in with that color, anything.They have match paint for us several times now and it was perfect. No do overs or sample testing.

Be sure to look for STEVE in the Tumwater Home Depot Store in Tumwater, Washington. Not only will STEVE help you get the right wood you need for your building project, but he will cut the wood correctly and make sure you save money in the long run. The experience here is superb and excellent, thanks to STEVE's help. This particular Home Depot employee exemplifies what true customer service really is and is a fine example what it takes to help the customers who come to this store. Clean, neat, well stocked, excellent help, courteous employees and more importantly willing to help you with any project you may have going on in your home.

Came in to get prices on carpet and the lady who helped us was the best! Extremely helpful and nice!

I was having trouble installing a window air conditioner. STEVE in the lumber department helped me out so much. He showed me better items, cut wood, and helped me pick out everything I would need to finish the job. Steve's help really calmed down my anxiety. I had begun to think that I would not be able to complete my project. Now I am sitting cool and calm in my air conditioned house, all thanks to Steve!

Even though the store was not busy the associates were to busy to help me with one bag of concrete that no one had down stocked.

I shop in this Home Depot a lot because its locates next to where i work. It easy to find what you come for if you shop there long enough. They like to keep all item at same location and clean. Their staffs are nice and helpful, will lead you to whatever you look for if you are now familiar with the store. They have lot of items and options in each department to choose for. Home Depot alway is the first store i think of whenever i need to buy something.
