The employees that work the floor are amazing. They go out of the way to help every customer. That’s something that they cannot learn from a manager

I purchased a compressor today and when I got home and opened it up you could tell it had been returned or used there were scratches all over it the wire was not even wrapped up and they were leaves Stuck in the wheel I traveled a long way to get this since no other Home Depot had it. I really didn’t want to have to return it since it was far away so I tried it to see if it worked when I plugged it in it started to smoke I took it right back and asked for the manager I told him what happened found out they did have one more it was opened looked used also I was hoping they would offer me something a little better with a little discount for the trouble I went through but that didn’t happen Point I’m trying to make they should have never tried to resell something that was returned or used

I was shopping for a couple things this evening. Lawn & leaf bags and contractor bags with easy tie. I couldn't locate the lawn and leaf bags after walking around for a few minutes. I asked an employee who was walking towards me and she showed me exactly where they were. While I was there, I found this really nice thing to put inside the lawn & leaf bag to hold it open so I could put the leaves in it. This is really nice...I think it's going to help with leaf cleanup. I also located the contractor bags. When I get to the check-out, there were two people in front of me. The cashier was new and had questions of other employees, but everyone in line was very patient (mainly because this woman (Claudia) had a big smile, was talking to us and trying to navigate the register (which I found to be very confusing) I swear, the more they try to improve something, the harder it is to use. Anyhow, she was doing a fantastic job. And a huge smile. I really liked her. I was in no hurry anyway. Two helpful employees in a 15-minute shopping experience. Way to go, Home Depot.

This home depot had everything I looked for so far, and the staff were very friendly!

Store is well lit, well staffed, well stocked, and merchandise is quite easily located by the aisle signage, with a staff knowledgeable about location of items and what items you may need to complete a job if you are uncertain. A professionally run store.

OK SO ONLY ONE CASHIER WORKING ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, CEMENT ALL OVER THE FLOOR, HARDWARE NO WARE TO BE FOUND,(EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK, CHECK YOUR GRADE 8 BOLTS GOOD LUCK). WALK AROUND SEE IF ANYONE ASKS IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.
