This Home Depot Store has very amiable and helpful employees, including Shanice and Jane who helped me save over $600 on my order.

The store manager Michele and associate Hadiyah were very knowledgeable and friendly. They both went over and beyond to help me and made sure I was satisfied... I was very satisfied!! I would highly recommend these two and this Home Depot on Route 22 in Union.

Staff is extremely helpful, selection of product is good and the cashiers friendly.

I had visited Home Depot in hopes of purchasing my mother's favorite flowers to plant in her garden as a memorial to her on what would have been her 92nd birthday although Depot did not have what I was hoping to buy Amira the associate & Alexandra the cashier went out of there way in helping me make another selection and saving me a trip from having to go up the road to Lowe's and might I add the flowers are simply BEAUTIFUL every time I look at them they bring a smile to my face as I know my mother is looking down smiling from above

This is my favorite store out of all stores. Everyone is so nice and helpful

The store is well laid out, well lit, and always well stocked. The people working there are very knowledgeable about the store and their products, and are always ready to help if you have any questions. There is plenty of parking and always enough carts, no matter what size you may need.

While I was loading sheetrock employee Shorek came to clean the area, instead of offering help, he sat to wait until I was finished. Maybe helping is not part of his job. I needed another cart and grabbed an empty one next to me. Shorek told me with an attitude that was his cart, I asked him if I could use it, he said “NO, you cannot use it”. It is interested how Home Depot employees don’t care about customers. Was it hard to go get another cart while on an hourly salary to help a customer?

NEAT AND CLEAN, WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE, PAINT DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL! THEY SHOWED EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. WILL BE COMING BACK SOON!

ONE COMPLAINT I HAVE ABOUT THE STORE IS LACK OF EFFICIENT AND TIMELY HANDLING OF ITEMS BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIR, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS SENT OUT FOR REPAIR AT ANOTHER FACILITY. THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTACT ME WHEN THEY KNOW THE STATUS OF THE ITEM. I WAIT MONTHS, HOWEVER, THE ONLY WAY I KNOW IS WHEN I COME IN FROM TIME TO TIME TO INQUIRE OR IF I CALL THEM.

Cashier 5 Rochelle was very nice and helpful with me and i like that alot i find everything i was looking for with her help

The delivery experience was terrible!

The cashier in the Tool Department was very rude. I had a few items in my cart and wanted to switch my empty propane tank for a full one.. The cashier was on the phone the whole time I was there. After waiting a long time, she put the empty outside and said to go inside and pay for everything else (instead of just ringing me up for just the propane and she was very rude). I told her that in the past items were rung up there and she said she was busy and alone (my couple items were small and it would have taken her two minutes to ring them up). I never saw more than one person back there and maybe if she wasn't on the phone she wouldn't be so busy. I went back inside and waited again on line and paid for my items. When I went back to the tool section, the line was so long that I went outside and took my propane tank and went somewhere else. This store is convenient for me but not worth the aggravation.

I had a horrible experience in your Springfield, NJ store this evening. I purchased 2 plastic bins and I asked for an account look up. I did not have my drivers license but I did indeed have my passport which is another form of valid federal ID. I was told I could not complete my purchase through account look up because I’d did not have my license. I asked several time to speak with a manager as the manager would know how to input the passport information in the system. A Supervisor by the name of Felicia came over and was extremely rude and disrespectful and loud to me. I told the clerk I had a screenshot of my license but that my passport should be sufficient. Felicia cancelled my transaction and shooed me away from the register and told the young man not to service me and to make me walk up to customer service. She was loud and dismissive and extremely rude in her mannerism and tone. I asked to speak with a manger for the third time and Felicia continued to gesture in a dismissive manner with her hand and she turned and walked away and refused to deal with me. I went to customer service and complained and was told Felicia reacted in that manner because she did not know how to handle a transaction with a passport instead of a license. I again asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was unavailable. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in a retail setting in my life. I’m canceling my Home Depot credit card as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not shop at your establishment anymore if these are the conditions I must endure. This was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.

The employees were very knowledgable of the products I was looking for. They were patient and pleasant in helping me find what I needed!!!

The store was clean and most floor associates were kind. You can tell they want to help you but when they require assistance from other departments it takes a long time. Also the cashiers are relatively friendly and I had Alexa and she was so funny and helpful!

The store parking lot is very big. The store has as many women workers as men. The worker are from all walks of life. The workers are very helpful and know their work.

Worst store ever for loading assistants wasted 2 hrs until I cancel the transaction.
