Over all Great experience.
I when to HomeDepot today. And made a very expensive purchase. (Refrigerator). But it was totally worth it.

    Judith went out of her way to help me buy a trash can!
    I went looking for a 64 gallon trash can and only one of the Home depots in my area (there are several) showed any in stock. the Upper Darby store. I went to the store and the cupboard was bare of 64 gallon cans! I found Judith to help me and she said sometimes they get misplaced and we proceeded to look around the area for 5-10 minutes. She then noticed a few cans way up on the top shelf. After trying the standard ladder (which was too short) she went and got the electric rising platform and for the next 15 minutes climbed the shelves, found me the trash can and brought it down for me! The best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere!

      Plant Purchase
      I was looking at this plant almost all season and purchase two last year. This year I really wanted a white plant but all you had was lime green. End of the season and some bulbs were turning brown so I asked for a discount which I was allowed. Cut off the brown bulbs after reading u about the plant

              Incredibly poor customer service, lies, and bad business practices
              We went in looking for a door and was talked into having their home depot service come out to measure the door for us - because the associate said the $40 fee could come off the price of installation or would be refunded should we choose not to got with their quote/service. We ended up getting a better quote and are going with a different contractor. After going in to this store to get the fee refunded, customer service is now saying we can't be refunded because it is "not their policy". Very confused why your associate would lie to us when we initially decided to get the quote. Also a very bad business practice to straight up lie to your customers and then not even try to work together on a solution if the fee actually is non-refundable. You should probably do more training with your staff so they know your policies.

                  My experience with this store has always been good, whenever I had to return an item, there was never a problem and always had great help in finding anything I was looking for. The representative or associate will suggest a better product if I was not getting the best product for my project.

                    When I come to this location it's always a pleasure to deal with employees such as Denise, Paul, Rich, Gail, Lynn, Marie, and Mr Jerry ..These associates have held this location together like glue at times I sincerely hope they are recognized and appreciated Mr. Jerry his overall mannerism is just amazing he is a great gentleman

                            Bad management & deceptive employees
                            Very bad experiences with manager Hamid who needs to be demoted. He Would not correct the wrong if his deceptive employee who tricked me into signing a forever release of any wrong doing from Home Depot forever under a Georgia law. Lisa C. had me confirm my delivery address name, email and number and sign after making payment for my items. She printed out the receipt and ditched a piece of paper that came out with it. I went over to the printer and noticed my order number and my signature on a contract waiving and rights are liability to Home Depot forever under Georgia’s law. Unacceptable! She never said or showed me any kind of contract, terms or conditions that this document had in it. I also seen a previous one over there from another customer I guess before me that probably has no idea they signed. This needs to go to the higher up corporate of Home Depot and the video of y transaction at the Upper Darby , pa store video needs to be reviewed. I want that contract bill/voided for the deception of being told to sign for my items and not being made aware that I was signing a contract without being made aware or getting knowledge about in order to read it. I did not agree and would not agree to that contract and want it voided IMMEDIATELY. Thanks Bost

                                This store is not good. The same item (trash bags) has been out of stock for two weeks even though they said it was on the last delivery. I ordered the item over a week ago and still hasn't arrived. And they can't cut keys right.

                                            My girlfriend and I came to Home Depot to rent a hand sander. It was not available, so we were forced to purchase a hand sander. While we were in distress in the sander aisle, VARNEY, a wonderful worker, stopped to see if everything was okay. We told him our situation, and he pointed us in the right direction. He explained the different types of sanders and which one would be our best bet. Nowadays, you don't receive daily customer service as great as Varney was. We will definitely be back to this location. We are thankful for him, and please acknowledge his great work, as he did more than a great job!!!

                                                These guys are only looking to sell something. But never have a solution for most concerns. Just throw an expensive product in front of a customer and get a sale while dismissing concerned customers.

                                                  When I asked about a particular grill that was on sale, one of the employees actually walked me to the grill and put it in my cart… And was so extremely helpful, and Robert checked me out and gave me a military discount. It was an incredibly awesome experience, and I love this Home Depot.

                                                      Need better Employees
                                                      I was returning some window candles that I purchased online. The cashier during my return process continued to throw all 10 of the window candles into a big return bin without care despite the fact that I mentioned to him that they had glass on top. I also explained to him that if they go back on the shelf, some may be broken due to his negligence. He continued to ignore me. This particular cashier did not seem to care about the Home Depot merchandise, nor the customers. It made me very upset.

                                                        No inventory, lying managers, not interested in customer service
                                                        Store has terrible inventory. Managers lie and disrespectful towards the customers. Evening Manager is unquestionably not qualified to manage the store. Has no interest in making customer happy. Was incredibly ignorant and made me feel like he stole from me as I left. I would not recommend going here ever. As a contractor and business owner I’ll be taking my 4-8 weekly trips to Ridley or more likely the competition. The amount of disrespect from the night manager was incomprehensible. I ultimately returned and had a different manager address the issue. She was also not nice, she fought with me over the return as well. Store tried to give me $.01 for a $150 item. Took 1.5 hours of arguing with (2) managers to get my money back. They actually took the item and demanded I take 1 penny for it. Day manager couldn’t understand why night manager didn’t fix it the first time. I complained about night manager attitude and all the employees were aware he’s not nice. As convenient as this HD is to me , today will be the last time I walk into this store or order anything online from them. Thanks for not caring about your customers. Absolutely worst customer service experience ever!!! This is my first review of any business ever, this experience was so bad I had to share it.
