Everything was great. The place was clean and everything was in place. Fast and easy checkout.

We bought a washing machine that never worked. Had to wait a week to get it picked up and it’s still not refunded two weeks later.

Didn’t have what I was looking for. I had to settle for the cheaper brand, Other then that, the store was clean, I had assistance with a store employee and my check-out went okay.

I have been going to this store for years. Everything about it is great. It is always organized and clean. The checkout was smooth and easy.

Although I try not to shop in stores on weekends because of crowds it was certainly a pleasure to interact with the two employees that made this shopping experience great a young man name Hamid and a cashier name Helena. Thank you home depot for having such polite helpful and friendly employees

They were very busy getting Halloween items out, but the work did not clog the aisles I was still able to get help in 2 different departments. Found a lot of brochures about paint color options , i took home and could compare in the light of my house. Associate explained differences btw paint brands and types. The line was long , but moved very quickly.

I love this store . It's always clean well stocked in most things. Except for lysol products , Clorox wipes. But i know it's only because of the Corona Virus . And the employees are very helpful to the costumers .

I returned a defective Nest E from my credit card, and upgraded to a New Learning on my credit card, of course the purchase came through, but I've yet to see a refund for the E. They sold me a preowned used Nest learning thermostat as new, my son figured it out when he went to install we went through some work to get it working, it was previously registered to Glen Mills. There was no time to run back to the store, he had to go to work. The wall plate was slightly yellowed, scratches on the face, the screwdriver missing. Why would your store put a used item for $232 back on the shelf as new. We had some trouble manually charging it, he got it working. Ever since I keep my fingers crossed it keeps working. I'm 65 with COPD and live alone. I don't always have someone at my beck and call. I am beyond furious about this and added it in the Nest Survey also. I hope to be seeing the refund on my card shortly, I am on fixed income and can't be paying for a thermostat twice. Especially a used one at full price. Often when I go to that store to find something it's out of stock.. I still can't get a exhaust filter for my stove. Out of stock. Please get this store's act together, as you can see by my card I shop there often.

No store associates to help find what i was looking for. Extremely long line at checkout. Cashier shorted me money.

This store is hot garbage!!! Has gone down hill for some time now. Dirty, no stock, rude employees. I've been down back alleys in the city that are cleaner. Whoever manages this store you really should look into replacing. Or maybe this is corporates new model. Shopping here since store opened & I will never return. Have a great day.

We placed a special order (they did not have the item in stock) at this store. We asked for a right-handed model of the sliding glass doors we ordered. The store associated must have made a mistake because the one we received was a left handed version. After checking the paperwork there was no way we could have noticed the wrong item was ordered when we walked out of that store because the right or left hand was referred to xo or ox on the paperwork. When we returned to the store to find out what happened and ask for an exchange the general store manager told us we are now responsible for returning the item and they cannot exchange it and pick it up and send out a new one. How are we supposed to now get a 300 lb. item back to this store? They made the mistake (it's our word against the store associates because of the paperwork not being clear) and now it's our responsibility to return the item to get a refund? This is the worst possible customer service any organization can have.

I bought a new LG refrigerator and got a get deal on it. The manager help in making the process fast. The store was organize and clean. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

The store was nice and neat. They had a system in place in entering the store without any problems. Checkout had a system in place also.

This is normally my choice of store as a customer/contractor today we encountered a gentleman name Brad who was EXTREMELY RUDE, very nasty, and had absolutely NO customer service skills or training it appeared. This gentleman was not only nasty and rude to my employees who were in the store but when I called him to trying to deal with the situation with a tool he was just as nasty and rude while speaking with me. Ultimately I ended the call and knew I would not only voice this matter here but I am also looking to speak with management regarding this gentleman's rude and disrespect customer service. It was to easy for him to be unprofessional and his overall mannerism was HORRIBLE. He represents The Home Depot when interacting with their consumers this gentleman needs some serious retraining and management needs to seriously consider how he handles the everyday customer. I would like to speak to management regarding this issue as it was unnecessary and a terrible experience that didn't have to happen. Understanding the current state of Covid19 there is never any reason to be this rude and nasty to a customer.

I knew what was needed and pick it up and left. The store was nice and clean and everybody wore their masks.

Overall I am pleased to see that Home Depot has been open throughout the pandemic. The employees are always helpful and the shelves are well stocked. The lines, however, are long and that could be easily improved by opening up more registers.

The worst HD in this area. Nobody knows how to run this place. Lines to check out are always ridiculous. Equipment doesn’t work. One live cashier on duty. Just a terrible store
