I would like to thank Dionisio Soriano, the salesman at the appliance center who took the time to answer all my questions of the product I am trying to purchase. It took me a short time to make the decision to buy the product. IT and delivery service voids the good service and hard work that employee like him accomplishes for the customers. Also thank you to Susan in customer service who was able to process my refund after so many employees failed.

I visited this store today, i had a good experience with the staff, from home appliances; Dan was excellent, then i went to blinds department , not much stocked there., I finally went to garden and everything was blooming but so very expensive. A rosebush 16.98, an orange tree 29.99, i bought what i needed and left. No one asked me if i needed help loading, for i had a loan mower in my cart and 2 bags of cement and potting soil plus all the plants i bought…

It took asking five people and 5 different answers to find one product that cost less than $2. There is a lackadasical environment highly present in this store. There is a lack of professionalism also that must be part of the culture because it is accepted. Perhaps its all about having bodies in a store and not customer service ambassadors who take pride in their work and in their interactions with customers. Personally after my encounter with the 2 young ladies at self checkout I will never return to this store. One person half-cleaning the checkouts in the time of covidis unsettling. The young lady was so nonchalant as if actually lifting a finger was outside of her energy comfort zones. Then to have another young lady, with a grumpy face upon hearing that my item was mispriced, had no problem saying she didnt have time for my pricing issue and huffed and puffed as if it was her money -- then to have the 1st associate w/o even fully acknowledging me, punch in numbers with such a quickness and then input the wrong price for the item, which means the store lost on this transaction, it was unfortunate this mismash of errors where is the attention to detail and pride in the job one does. Its moments like this that imprint we as customers and leave a lasting impression. I can see how Home Depot has such a low grade reputation for the bodies it hires. If leadership is lacking in the store, it reflects on the floor and situations like this are the clear evidence. POOR LEADERSHIP, POOR EMPLOYEES. NEVER AGAIN -- READ SOME John Maxwell books on success, it might help

If you need help, look for Tom. He is the best in this store. He will take you to the item and not guess or point and say it over there.

With few exceptions, the associates are unhelpful and unpleasantly disposed to the point of being rude to customers viewed as a nuisance interfering with their attempts to entertain themselves amidst the boredom and drudgery of work.

Today I had to buy wood pellets, and could not lift the 40 lb bag. A clerk who was by the front door acting as a greeter immediately jumped to his feet when I asked if he could call for a clerk to lift the bags. That is the kind of service that we seniors appreciate. I noticed the store is clean and organized and the plant section outside is always full of good plants to choose from. I would recommend this Home Depot not on the weekends necessarily but during the week when it is quieter.

The store manager provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Home Depot. He went out of his way to help and make us happy. I highly recommend this store.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE MADE A HIGH $ PURCHASE THAT HP COULD NOT DELIVER...DONT GIVE SOMEONE A DELIVERY DATE FORCING THEM TO MISS WORK AND THEN RESCHEDULE WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE BUYER. ALSO IF I COME IN AND PURCHASE A SPECIFIC PRODUCT BECAUSE OF ITS AVAILABLITY THEN IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT MY PRODUCT ALL OF A SUDDEN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY.

Been going to your store in Vallejo, CA, since it opened. Noticed lately, although still friendly & helpful, have to as a couple of times for someone to come to the dept I'm in to help me. Otherwise, I am still pleased to shop your store.

Customer service name was rude. She got mad when my card didn’t go through correctly the first time after I return my item. I tried to exchange my unopened item I bought curbside said I couldn’t. I bought the wrong item. Instead she said had to purchase again after returning. She was rude when my card to repurchase my item didn’t go through correctly the first time and got mad and then she rushed me to grab my stuff to leave. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Home Depot every time I go in

I had a copy of the receipt saying that i can return until march of 2021 and yet they denied my return... how is that possible?

I drive from Napa because this store is well stocked, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. All the things that I DON’T experience at the Napa store. Well worth the drive!

I shop at all home depot stores, and the best one is in Vacaville Ca. I purchase hardwood flooring for my home,over 6700 dollars , which I couldn't find in any other home depot and the store is laid out very nice.

Horrible service. No one to help you

No one is friendly. There are a few good associates; Bobby, Mike in flooring and the old buzzard in the electric go cart that seems to know everything about anything! Other than that, the associates just go on about their business and to _______ with customers. The aisles are choked with merchandise and it's a hard store to navigate with a cart. The store feels grubby. I see myself going to the Martinez store in the future. it'll cost me bridge toll but last time I was there it was a world apart from Vallejo.

Shane is an amazing manager. If you need some assistance, look for Melvin with a ponytail, he was very helpful all the way to completing my purchase.

The store seems really busy and the parking lot is congested. There is trash in the parking lot and I can see homeless folks parking in the perimeters. I found what I needed but I had to search myself as store clerks were not easily found. My goal as a senior shopper is to go in and find the product I need and immediately check out. I don't know how clean the store is as I only walked in one area. The self check clerks are wonderful. Please convey to them my appreciation of their patience with folks like me.

Worst HD I’ve ever been to for keeping stock in hand. In the past few months literally half the shelves have been empty. I thought they were getting ready to close de the store.

I had to ask several employees to find what aisle the blinds were on. They did not have the kind I wanted except for a damaged pair. the store emplyee who helped me did not know when they would get more, was not wislling to help me order the ones Iwantd. He told me I had to come back to the store to see if they had them "later". One cashier whose name I do not remember was very helpful. Everyone else didn't want to help me and no one knew anything about the location of products.

It is the best store and please to ensure Monifa stays and never leave love her so much the best sales representative keep her .

Home Depot is doing an excellent job re-structuring their operations to assist as many customers as possible. The lines are long in Customer Service, but under the circumstances revolving around the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cashier lines move quite fast.

The Store is clean, neat and orderly. the associates are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with their work. I recommend this store to everyone.

Need Pricing on all lumber sections .

I purchased a zero turn lawn mower that started prior to the purchase. When i tried to load the lawn mower to leave it did not go into gear. Logan, the store manager, was very insulting and insinuated that I was looking for a discount for the faulty lawn mower. Do not shop at this location!!!
