Had a wonderful experience shopping for 7 blinds...that's because Mike E. made it fun and very pleasant. I have been putting off shopping for blinds but Mike was knowledgeable, super friendly and knew his stuff. I purchased 7 blinds and I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes!! Mike even went to get me a cart to put my blinds in!! super Nice fella, and an excellent representative for HD!!!

Every time I go to my Home Depot I find everything I need and sometimes even items I had forgotten I needed! The store is well stocked and the staff is always friendly and resourceful. It is not just a "Man" Store. We ladies love to shop there too.

LISA is her name. She can make a bad day good! It is so wonderful now a days to find a happy person, let it be a happy employee! She is such a special person.

On 10/12/23 I purchased appliances to be delivered to my home. I paid $1,635.87. The delivery date was scheduled for October 20, which I thought was ridiculous, but I do not have a truck, so I accepted that. I was later notified that the appliances would not arrive until 10/27. I canceled the order in person at the store, and expected a full refund on 10/18/23. Today is 10/31/23 and I am still waiting for the remaining $1,600.72 (they did refund me $35.15 on the 18th). It’s about an hour drive from my home to the store. Each time I’ve been there in person, or called on the phone to have this resolved, I’ve been met with rude employees, ridiculous excuses, and I’ve left with my pockets still empty. In my opinion, this is fraudulent, at best, deceptive, business practices, and if it is not, this should be illegal. According to https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/what-do-if-youre-billed-things-you-never-got-or-you-get-unordered-products , “If you paid by cash, check, or money order, or a credit card, the seller has to give you a refund within seven working days after the order is canceled.”, I paid with my debit card. The order was canceled on the 18th of October, it is now the 31st of October, NINE business days have passed since I canceled the order, and I am STILL waiting. We are turning the page on the calendar and at this point I am losing interest on this money as they earn it in their bank. This is beyond unacceptable. This is unconscionable.

A nice gentlemen named John F. was super helpful. Initially I asked him for assistance and her was great, even if it was not his department. He was with two other gentlemen, non of whom offered to volunteer. Further, John offered his help to load the purchased materials onto my trailer as I could not have done it on my own. I'm very grateful that such nice people work at this store.

Our carpet was purchased and installed from HD. We are about to purchase exterior doors and have them installed by HD. We are going to purchase kitchen and laundry appliances from HD. Very happy with the West Lebanon HD. Keep up the good work!

We waiting in flooring for an hour before anyone came to help us. We asked three different employees for help and they said they would page someone. Finally Nolan came across us and went to go find a manager. He came back when he couldn’t find one and help us on anyway he could to get us the flooring we needed even though it was not his department. When a manger became available (Therran) he went and grabbed them to help us finish up the process. Therran wrote down the numbers we needed for the flooring so we could check out up front. Nolan then proceeded ti help us to the front end, and helped load the flooring into the back of our truck. We appreciate Nolan very much as we drive an hour and half to go back since we were given the wrong amount of flooring the last time we were in there 2 days prior. Thank you Nolan!

This HD store has it all together. The items I want are in stock and the employees always seem to care about my shopping experience. Even though I live a half hour away, I am grateful that this store does what it is supposed to do.

After a very bad experience at the Littleton, New Hampshire store, we drove to West Lebanon New Hampshire, and was very lucky to have a cashier who was more than helpful and went out of her way to help a veteran download the app so he could get his military discount Sierra went above and beyond and made us her top priority. We will certainly Shop at West Lebanon again give Littleton some help.

We purchased three cellular shade blinds that we needed cut to fit our windows. We went back to the blind and shade area and found two employees working there. I asked one employee to help. He asked how many blinds need to be cut and what type and then said he’ll be over to help in a minute. After waiting about five minutes I looked around the corner and saw that he was just starting to help a customer with a flooring order and then proceeded to work with them for the next hour on this order. I asked the other employee in the area and she said they were the only two that could , and that she had to finish helping another customer first. As soon as she finished, she said literally out loud with me standing there “time to clock out”, took off her apron, and left even though she knew we were still waiting there for help. Another employee walked by and I asked him to help. However, he said he wasn’t trained for it and needed someone else. My wife then went to customer service and asked for an employee to help cut the blinds as at this point we were waiting for over 45 minutes. Customer service said they will call the manager and send someone over. Low and behold 15 minutes later no one had arrived and the one employee in the area was still working on a customers flooring order so I ended up having to cut the blinds myself, even though there were multiple signs everywhere saying store associate only. Waited over 1 hour for help, asked multiple employees and ended up cutting them myself which took about 30 seconds per blind. Absolutely horrible customer service

Kristen was kind and patient she did everything she possibly could to make sure that my husband received the grill that he wanted for his birthday she was just a extraordinary person

We've always had great service at this store, and they have a wide range of products and solutions for home improvement projects. Looking forward to returning as we continue to make improvements!

I'm a do-it-yourself home owner and I feel lucky that I live only 15 minutes from this Home Depot. Staff are generally helpful when I need them, but I can usually find what I need. The only issue is that it sometimes gets very busy, but I suppose for good reason.

The store was very busy but the workers still helped us and took the time to answer our questions.

The ladies on the garden area are great. Especially Lynne.

I've been in many Home Depots all up and down the east coast , Maine to South Florida. . West Lebanon seems to me to be the best managed store of them all. Never a problem finding what I need , and most importantly getting the help I need ! Friendly people , that seems to like their job, consistently work there. Very professional.

Was in the store twice this week for purchases and found the staff to be very helpful in answering questions. Jonathan in Tool Rental and Theron (a manager) were both friendly and knowledgeable. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share the positive experience at this store.

I go to HD all over New England and the West Lebanon NH Home Depot is my favorite. The employees go above and beyond to help out and they rarely don’t have what I’m looking for.

I appreciate the consistent service and happy employees. They are always ready to help.
