my experience today was maddening, but the manager David, saved the day. I spent almost two hours gathering material for a project, with the help of an employee. Finally gathering the material, I brought it to the saw area and was told by that employee that PVC could not be cut. Although angry I brought the material to put back in its place. David happened along, could tell I was upset, took over, cut the material, guided me to checkout, which he performed, and then wheeled the material to my vehicle, and loaded it for me. I have never had a better experience at HD and it was all because he stepped in. David has an ivy league education, years working at a high level job. I don't know if he's interested, but HD should consider promoting him to an executive position. Only drawback is that he would not be in the store to help folks.

This Home Depot is better compared to others simplybecause of the employees, specifically Troy B. Troyis always eager to assist us and clearly takes pride inhis work. He gives genuine advice on products and always is sure to guide the customer in the best direction. He exemplifies great leadership and I think every employee at his store has something to learn from him and invert those customer service skills into their positions they hold at Home Depot. We look forward to our next trip

I find our local home Depot in West Lebanon New Hampshire to be more expensive than I would expect for items. Unfortunately there is not any other good choice for some things in our area. I find the associates in general to be lacking knowledge of products that they pretend to know about. I do not find them particularly helpful. I have had associates avoid me when I obviously was looking for help. And consistently the associates seem to be under trained in both store procedures and products.

Hollie and Holly are great. Very helpful and kind.

Went in for a few things everyone was helpful and happy to help. Bob in garden was especially helpful

Chris Lynch was a tremendous help with ordering our jetted tub. He was quick and walked us threw the process step by step.

Employees are always helpful and attentive.

Autumn, Holly (at customer service desk), Andrea (Manager that assisted Holly), and Lisa (cashier) get top reviews from me and my husband. They are friendly, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, are helpful, and care about customer satisfaction. That makes a huge difference in the shopping experience. Our online purchasing experience was not so grand (our products went elsewhere). However, with Holly, Autumn, and Andrea's assistance, the issue was resolved, and we are happy customers!!

I'm not a usual HD customer. So when I'm confused (often), I always look for that orange apron. And *every single time* I ask someone for help, they're always more than happy to help this idiot out.

Rude staff. Men who work here are vile and need training on how to live in 2022.

I was very happy to see the wide variety of plants available. All plants were in excellent shape.

My HD store is very close to my home. We have other options in my area, but I often find that HD has what I am looking for and the prices are consistently better than competitors. I always check the clearance racks. On my recent trip I found some seat cushions I have been looking for to go to my summer camp, but they were just out of my budgeted range. The sales cashier (Lisa) helped with getting the clearance items evaluated and priced to make the sale. I know we aren't supposed to talk about customer service, but the truth is that the store had what I wanted and they were trying to get rid of the product, and it was the customer service from Lisa that made the sale happen.

Assisted with a tricky order, the attendant, cashier, and manager were very helpful and informative.

I find myself doing last call at Home Depot more often than I should. But at 9 pm your staff tells me that I don't have to go home but I can't stay there and they throw me out. But there is always tomorrow.

Thank you to Lynn, at the Lebanon, NH Home Depot, who gave me fabulous advise on troubleshooting my snow blower issues. Everything she told me worked, and I'll definitely seek her out when I make my next major purchase.

Home Depot employees have been consistently over the top helpful while my husband and I worked on a complex home improvement process.

The staff was super friendly, and Lynn made my trip so much more enjoyable. Thanks Lynn!

Great store!! You always seem to have what I was looking for.

Friendly, professional knowledgable staff. Clean store from the top shelves to the bottom shelf. No intrusive displays to maneuver around. Always someone within sight to ask for help. Not hiding like in other stores. Thank you Home Depot, West Lebanon NH !!!

Our experience in the Garden Dept. was outstanding. Lynn, who helped us, was terrific.

There were computer problems on the day I visited , the store associate handled the situation calmly and apologized for any inconveniences , nicely done !

Your checkout woman for my home delivery (H3406-114424) had on a 40 year pin. She made two errors on the form (that I could not check because the print is too small). She was obviously not up to her job.

Associates in the garden section by the names of Reed and Aiden were very helpful to me when I came in to buy product to build a patio.. They assisted me in picking out products, calculating how much I need, then loaded on to cart and into my car. Dispersing weight well. Made my shopping experience pleasant.

I had the nicest cashier I've ever had. Lisa was very helpful, I forgot my credit card in my car, she told me drive right over to the contractor parking and come in that door much quicker. She saved my stuff and wasn't unfriendly having to wait. The rest of the store was well stocked I found everything I went in for.

Excellent in every way.

Usually have plenty of sale items in stock. You can usually find someone to help.

Helpful, stocked well, able to find what we need, staff able to answer questions and if not will stick with customer until answer is found.
