Ordered an item from the web site while in the store The lady was very helpful

Miss Stormy was wonderful. We purchased a house and an employee walked us straight to them. Mrs Stormy was soo kind and helped us learn about the survey.

DEBRA IN HARDWARE LISTENS WELL AND MAKES USEFUL SUGGESTIONS, ESPECIALLY SINCE I DID NOT KNOW THE NAME OF WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. WES MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. REALLY ALL THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL

I had keys made that do not unlock the lock they were made to unlock. Employee just stated they were an exact match and offered no solutions. He could not even hand the keys back, he just set them on the machine and looked at me.

I needed 650 sq ft of wood flooring! there were only 13 boxes, on shelf! Their inventory was telling them there were a total of 41 boxes, so where were the other 28 boxes? I did not want any other colour/brand substitute, as I was matching existing hardwoods. No one could find their location! Finally employee # GPG3UJI located the remaining boxes. I was very happy! Him and his coworker helped us load 41 boxes of wood! Yes I am very happy! Most is almost installed, and it looks fabulous!

Cashier rang up an item we did not purchase and then was rude to my husband and would not provide a refund. Jalaya in garden center would not help my husband at all and sent him to customer service desk where she proceeded to be mean to him and also the other employees of store

The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and services. Very attentive to your needs.

The guy behind the paint counter was rude and condescending. Very unhelpful. Acted like he didn't have time to answer my questions.

It was a great experience today I just wish the power tool combo kit I wanted was available. My cashier CATHY was amazing .super informative and polite.

Home Depot has better product and cheaper then other computation

I was given the delivery date and was told what to look at when they delivered.

Much of town has severe damage to homes. Its been very busy but the store has been surprisingly well stocked all week. Great job WLR

Went to buy paint and the desk was staffed with a helpful friendly young man. He expeditiously color matched my paint and directed me to stains. By the time I finished getting stain my paint was ready. The cashier was friendly as well. Even shoppers were friendly . Checkout was fast and easy. Maybe the tornado put life in perspective for some of us. Different but pleasant shopping experience.

Not at all impressed with the quality of people that work at this location. Rude Staff that run when approached.

Title said it all. I was disrespected by a misogynistic jerk of a sales associate because I wanted to buy a power tool. He only wanted to talk to my husband.

I came in today looking for a saw chain. There weren't any on the shelf but when I asked Harry he looked it up and it said they had 16. He sincerely cared that I left with what I needed. He spent 20 minutes searching, moving the ladder, climbing up and down both sides of 2 isles. To most, this may seem like he was just doing his job, but to me it made my day. Unfortunately, you don't see this motivation, devotion and sincerity these days. Please let Harry know I appreciate him! Nathan Walsh

I went to Home Depot on a day that was a holiday for most people so the store was overly crowded and service was slow... BUT every single employee I encountered was going over and beyond to help customers. While my visit took longer than I had hoped, I was surprised at how helpful and patient every employee was!

Had a great experience bc of the employee mentioned in this title. I will be back , me and my wife spend 1000s here a year and this is my best experience by far.

Just opened An account today, wanted to receive the six month no interest promotional. Employee helped me by suggesting to call customer service and have them combine my separate items purchased it to different stores together.

Dylan (Young man, Afro) and Randle (older gentlemen), have been there every single time I have gone inside for work and personal reasons. Each time I was walking around looking mindlessly and Dylan noticed and asked if I needed help. Within 5 minutes, I was finally walking in the correct direction with him following to make sure I got everything. Dylan is so great that on my visit today I saw him and walked straight to him for help. Once again, he helped me out and I was on my way home! I was so pleased with his service I wanted to let the manager know. I walked up to the customer service area and saw Randel! Randel helped me in the past. He helped me understand the product and understand the saftey procautions I needed to take! (Dryer Setup) I was showing my appreciation and wanted to know how I could help them and Randel said this was a great way to get my message across. Thank you Dylan and Randel!!! I hope this really helps you guys.

They are located close to my house. Makes it easy to shop

Had an issue regarding my most recent purchase. Luckily, I got Nicole at the customer service counter. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. She took care of my situation immediately. She is a perfect example of what it means to be customer-focused!

The WLR store was well stocked
