Store is clean and well stocked every time I have been there. Minimal waiting to check out. Products that are reliable and a reasonable amount of employees.

This store is always nice, well stocked on the shelves, clean, and the customer service is always pleasant. I cannot complain about this store!

Great experience from moment I walked in store by warm greeting. Employees well versed in store inventory and ready to assist you in finding what you need . Employees So helpful and friendly and offer great suggestions on projects .

The poor guys in the flooring department are working at a deficient when the people hired to do the measurements don't show up or call. I canceled my order, no fault of the salesperson. I wasted my time picking out flooring here. This process needs an overhaul.

This particular Home Depot is not only convenient in location to my home, it also has some of the most professional, helpful employees. My experience left me feeling satisfied with customer service and my purchases!

Interesting observation: needed a sump pump and new shower faucet set... limited pump selection and limited shower faucet options, but I walked through the tool section when leaving (often will purchase just one tool -- just for me, like a personal present -- anyway) and I realized that the store's tool selection was or at least seemed to be better than their local competitor. so I intend to do a little more in store research on this observation.

Easy access, great curb appeal, friendly staff, usually has anything we could want in the way of gardening, home improvement products, rental equipment etc. It is our go to place.

One of the best Home Depot stores I've ever shopped at. Rarely out of stock on items and usually fully staffed with helpful associates.

The Only Nice thing I Could say is the two Ladies one being Donya and the other being Sheena , made my experience leaving better than it was while in the store, it is NEVER anyone in hardware, plumbing, nor lumber!!! Donya had called and paged no one came, she went as far as trying to help me look for the items she wasn't sure about air compressors but tried her best to compare for me(sadly a Head Cashier is what was on her badge,is helping in hardware, when clearly its not her department and Sheena had also tried to help and call someone as well.(no one ever Came)!!!!! I walked down to your Customer Service Desk and associates were all sitting around and conversating while I had already been standing there for sometime, as a Commercial Account Holder I spend a lot in this store, if it is going to continuously be this frustrating every time I come in expecting to be able to get help, my business as well as my other contractors Business will all go to Lowe's. DO better Home Depot..

The people that I talked to were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about what I was talking about and they knew right where to go to get what I wanted.

Store was organized, employees were friendly, eveiever was helpful, they all deserve a good pat on the back and told they did a great job helping customers.

Went to get multiple supplies for a new art class I’m taking, I had no idea where the items were. Showed my list to the employee and she told me exactly which aisle everything was on and then when I got to the aisle the next employee on counter and walked me specifically to what I needed. It was awesome

rarely when visiting have I had a problem ,rental ,plumbing tool dept and at check out 99%of the time smooth as silk . Lets get real sometimes you are sold out of something BUT thats why you guys put it on the shelf TO SELL !

The west Little Rock store is stocked well and the employees are very friendly. They know how to treat their customers. They help you load your vehicle without making you feel you've annoyed them. I recommend this store for anyone.

Wes at the customer service desk is amazing! I am not a handy person and Wes went above and beyond to help me get the items I needed and also explained how to use them. I will definitely shop at this location again because of Wes’s excellent customer service!

Tim Jenkins stuck withus and helped complete the process of purchasing our new Whirlpool appliance suite. Erma Earnest was very knowledgeable and helpful with credit information & questions. They both did a great job! Also, Amy was very patient, polite & helpful at the customer service desk.
