I can inside store and was greeted and helped by several employees that was nice and helpful

I went in to buy some Christmas decorations and they had an over supply of items whereas most stores had nothing due to the pandemic.

When my wife and I walked in the store looking for an electric nail gun, we were overwhelmed to say the least. We knew what we needed but we didn't know WHAT we needed. Then a shining light appeared. Melissa asked if we needed help. And boy did she help. Melissa helped us decide what tool we needed and even how to use it. Melissa absolutely went out of her way to explain and share her knowledge of the nailer we decided to get. She made an overwhelming feeling disappear. It was a great experience and my wife and I are thankful.

I do not recommend the garden department at this particular home depot. They plants were in terrible shape. Many were dried out and dead.

I love to shop at this store. Since I retired it is my favorite place for my home projects. Some times I shop online but when I shop in person I prefer this location.

Andrew Burns the manger delivers top notch respect for his customers. From all the employees I've talked to they have nothing but good things to say about him. This is a awesome Home Depot store! It is clean, very efficient and has a great manager. Curb side service is fast and friendly. My favorite carry out employee is Alandra, but they are all great!

The staff is great! They are very helpful and patient. Items are delivered timely & actually are delivered on the dates & times specified. The delivery staff are also efficient & polite.

I love the consistent level of high customer service at this location! If an employee doesn't know something they let you know & actually make the effort to get you solid assistance. No ducking because they don't want to help. Polite & patient. Very thankful Bill used great tact in professionally allowing a customer to know he would be with them as soon as he was finished helping me; the customer was trying to barge in the conversation as he was explaining something to me. Throughout the store all ages of employees were attentive, willing to help, volunteered their knowledge & made me feel good about doing business there! Keep up the good work Home Depot! Obadiah, Bill & Cassius were great...nice hire!

THIS STORE IS CLEAN AND VERY BRIGHT. THE DISPLAYS ARE ALWAYS IN SEASON OR IN ROTATION. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND WILLING TO HELP. ALL THE EMPLOYES STAFF THERE WHERE ALL THE PPE WHEN DOING A SPECIFIC JOB AROUND THE STORE KEEPING THEM AND THE VISITORS SAFE.

This Home depot is so clean and have everything in stock all the time . Anyone who shop here cannot go wrong . All the associates are knowledgeable of there department.

Richard and Rod are FANTASTIC! I made the mistake of ordering 5 paints each a gallon and when I told them I couldn't afford it after they mixed the paints, they worked it out with me! They are my heroes and I am definitely going to keep going to home depot for any needs.

This store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are always visible and ready to assist when needed.

The store associate that help me was not friendly. There was a patio set advertised for sale and when I purchased it they did not honor the sale price.

The young woman and man at the return desk are very rude and nonchalant. Be prepared to ask them to service you.

On Tuesday July 14th I purchased a Torro Zero Turn Mower. The transaction went smoothly and I was satisfied with the help given to me by John and Ariel. I brought the mower home after filling the fuel tank. After I backed the mower off the trailer I decided to try it out. After engaging the deck pto switch the mower started smoking from the deck belt area. I shut the mower down and discovered that the belt had burned up.. I phoned the Tallahassee Store and was told to bring the old belt and my receipt into the store and exchange it for a new belt that was in stock. I phoned again this morning to verify that they had the belt and after several hold sessions spoke to a manager named Eliene who told me to bring the mower into the rental department and they would replace the belt. The mechanic (Jeff) said he had to go to lunch soon and I would have to wait. I then returned the mower for a full credit. A total bad experience!!!!

Very poor customer service , associates ran away from you to not help you.
