Excellent store for a do it your self person !!

I used to shop at other home improvement stores, along with Home Depot, to find the best price. Sometimes I would just go to the stores that were a little closer to my house. A couple of years ago I decided to upgrade my power tools and bought a Dewalt Drill and Driver combo at a different store. As I began replacing the rest of my tools with Dewalt brand tools, I found that some the tools weren't available there, but were available at Home Depot. Once I went to Home Depot, I also noticed the tools I already purchased somewhere else, could have been purchased for less at Home Depot. Because of the Military discount, I almost made the same mistake again when we were shopping for a new washing machine. We ultimately didn't buy a washer there. On a hunch, I stopped at Home Depot after work and found an even better version of the same brand of washer. Because it was a floor model, I wound up paying significantly less for a larger capacity washer from the same manufacturer. The discount was so good we decided to upgrade our dryer as well. In the end, we paid less than 50% (including taxes) than the original tagged price (without taxes). Needless to say, I go to HD first and most of the time, it's the only place I go.

So often you go to a store and cannot find someone to help you...or they make you feel like you are a bother. Not this Home Depot! Friendly and helpful staff to help you make those important purchases. Clean store!

So I drove 30 miles, talked to 3 helpful employees, found the needed items, and was assisted in applying a 15% off coupon I had from Home Depot. No matter what I've gone to buy, the staff at this location have been phenomenal. My only reservation about this particular Home Depot is the parking lot to the side of the building. The drivers in the area speed through it and you just have to be very cautious before driving that direction.

First the plumbing guy talked down to me. The. Then a paint guy recommended a caulk removal tool that damaged much of the coating on my tub along the caulk line. NOT COOL. I now get to spend another $300 on having my tub recoated. Like I said, NOT COOL. NOT ONE BIT.

Outstanding customer service was my experience at this Home Depot. I like employees to ask if they can assist me. I can always say 'no'. But, when I needed help there was an employee not far away from the area I was in. The employees looked neat and professional. They directed me to the products I was looking for and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the products I purchased. The assistance loading my purchases in my vehicle was great.

I had a shopping experience at Home Depot, I messed my online order up, I called customer service up and talked to Katherine, she straitened it up and personally pulled the products I needed off the floor and had them waiting for me when I arrived at the store!
