Not adequately stocked. Not handicapped friendly

Store is good just don’t purchase there cooling split systems were local contractors won’t work on because it wasn’t purchased thru them requiring you to use a Homedepot contractor which is located in flint Michigan costing 5 hours travel on a 4 hour job at $135 dollars an hour .

Great store. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. I pass many other home improvement stores to get to this one. It is the best.

The store is clean, organized and extremely well laid out. Everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful. This store should be the model for all Home Depot stores!

For all of my favorite paint brands, (Wooster brushes and rollers) and tool brands, (Dewalt), they have the largest selection as compared to other stores. While they don't yet offer a military discount, I've found that the prices are comparable without the discount. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I had an online order that I had issues with. I talked to Renee and she helped fix the issue. I appreciate the time and everything she did to make it right.

Jerry in the Lumber Department went above and beyond to help me with my diy project. He helped me choose the materials I needed for the project, and cut my lumber to my specifications. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He also took all the time I needed in asking questions and walking me to the materials. I appreciate the help he provided.

Was greeted every time I turned around asking to help me. Everyone was great & helped load product into my truck. I would shop this store if you are within 15 miles of it!

I visited the store for some electrical needs today. Not sure what I needed I asked this young woman for some assistance thinking I wish it was an old guy with some knowledge in this dept. To my surprise, molly was her name, had more than enough knowledge about electrical. She helped me with all my questions and even saved me some work with a couple short cuts. People like her are hard to find and she made Home Depot my go to store for all my construction projects. Thanks Molly and Home Depot for employing that care.

I have never had a bad experience at any Home Depot.I find it a good place to shop

The employees were very helpful, especially Chelsey in the appliance department. We did not have to wait very long at all. They were very busy when we got there. The store was very clean and well organized.

Paul Cooke was the gentleman that helped us identify the appliances we needed, he was well informed about the different products, clear in making sure we were buying what we needed and was very patient as we tried to find the ones that would be available for the time we needed them. It was a pleasant and simple process. As a side note, when Paul was with another guest, Anita in the cabinet department began to help us with a few questions specific to appliances that may be delayed at this time. We know this was not her department but yet she was very kind and helpful.

I was so disappointed in the rude and unhelpful treatment by Daniel in customer service. He wanted me to pay more for a Set of broken dishes than I paid four days ago online. If I order dishes, they should arrive useable or be replaced. I should not be expected to pay more for your mistake. However, there was no discussion with him or a manager because he refused to get one when we asked. The online person I spoke with later was shocked they did not place the return. We were inconvenienced by receiving them broken. We were more inconvenienced by not being helped in the store. Home Depot is usually a professional place.

We were greeted by friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the products you sell. Feels good to be helped by people who inspire you to bring your project to be better than you envisioned.

This is my second favorite HD in the area. My go to is the Walker location only because they have a very large selection of Milwaukee tools and a full time rep on hand M-F. However, this store is very close in selection. Great variety of tools as well as a clean store and fully stocked. I've not had any issues with finding what I need when I go into this location. If for some reason I'm not able to find what I'm looking for the staff has been helpful in locating it for me.
