The store was really clean and organized. I stopped by for a globe bulb, a G25. I was looking for a specific color of light, Bright White (3000k), standard base that was 100 watt equivalent. I looked through the collection of bulbs and could find some bulbs but not specifically what I was looking for. With assistance I walked away with a 3 pack of bulbs.

I stopped in for one item, a paint edger. I found it and while there was able to give feedback regarding the kitchen remodeling project that was done through Home Depot. I found wqhat I stopped in for with the help of one of the store associates

I think this Home Depot is great - the employees are always so kind and friendly and willing to help.

When looking for some things for our garden we were approached by 2 different employees at separate times, they were both helpful in answering some questions we had. When cashing out the spring Black Friday deal, the weed killer didn’t ring up as the 2 for $18 even tho it was the same product and size pictured on the advertisement. The cashier, Sarah was extremely helpful and walked back to the garden area to help us. Sarah was amazing and was able to help us figure out the solution to the mislabeling

Robert was extremely patient and helpful to this beginner painter! Refreshing to see a young person so knowledgeable and willing to take the time with their customer.

Walked in looking for snap-lock punch pliers and was having some difficulty untill my dude Kevin help me out like a real one. What a guy. We searched for a minute, consulted with Sean and confirmed their location in the store and the rest is history. Life is crazy

Madison was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my return. She was also able to get a little bit of additional money back to me that she could have easily just said "no, that is not possible". Thank you Madison!

The Walker store is not the largest HD I’ve been at but it is the best organized and the friendliest HD I have ever been.

Usually I have a hard time finding staff to check inventory or locate something. This stores staff went above and beyond. From Claudia helping me find the door I was looking for and another employer helping me load my truck.

Have been purchasing many items at Home Depot in Walker for our new condo. Clerks are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Been shopping at Home Depot all my adult life but theee consecutive times I was left hanging at curbside pick up. I use curbside when possible for health reasons so I now shop st Ace where the customer actually counts

Do not go there if you want to be discriminated against because of your skin color. I was monitored like a hawk when I was checking out two items that cause barely $20.

Sometimes it's more about the service than the couple of bucks you might save going to competitor. Today I learned my lesson. Already frustrated when I got here, a fabulous associate helped me and was so genuinely kind and friendly that he turned the whole afternoon around. Retail work is tough, and customers aren't always kind or pleasant. So here's to the great service at the Walker Home Depot. You are aprpeciated!

I was having serious issues with using my Home Depot card. Renee, the store manager (BLESS HER HEART ❤️) got on the phone with Citibank and worked with Alicia in getting my card to work so I can pay for my $527 purchase. This was pretty important purchase as I have a contractor coming to my house the next day to start my roof job. So the pressure was on but Renee, the store manager, saved the day! I gave her a big fat hug to show my appreciation. Give that lady a raise!

This store is great. They have everything you need and its easy to find. Staff is extremely helpful and prices are great.

I made a purchase and used a promotional coupon(which you have use your store credit card) that came in the mail I forgot the credit card so i put in my information and told the cashier iI had a gift card also and was told the transaction was complete and I could go to customer service and they could refund it and start over but customer service told me I would lose my coupon discount if she that

I was in need of information on how to prepare kitchen walls for the installation of a countertop and matching backsplash. I was given enough information to get the job started and will finish the job in a few weeks.

I'm so glad that I always choose to go to this location. They always seem to have knowledgeable employees that are also friendly!

Sarah at the customer service desk was absolutely AWESOME in meeting my needs. Every person in the store greeted me with a smile and hello. Each person that I asked for the location of an item actually walked me to the item to make sure that I found the particular item that I needed.

My sales person FRL4X3N was a very nice young man he was very knowledgeable and helpful

The products are always great and if I can't find them in a store I can always check other stores in the area and they have them. I have called to see if the products are at a store before I go and they are happy to get back with me and save the products for me to pick up.
