I went to Home Depot to get a bug light with a photocell for dusk to dawn. They didn't have any but an employee was able to direct me to where I could get a dusk to dawn programmable light control which will help me for years to come. It isn't always easy to find the dusk to dawn bulbs and now I don't have to. I can use any bulb in this.

With a previous purchase of paver stones, there was a lot of confusion over a back order of stones. We called twice to clear up the order and finally went in person to address the back order/cancellation of product we did, in fact, still want. Chuck at customer service was especially helpful and very professional. He cleared up the erroneous cancellation of our undelivered pavers, reordered the bricks and promised to call weekly with an update. Instead, to our delight, the backordered pavers were delivered to our home the next week. Thank you so much to Chuck and all involved in getting our pavers delivered to our home quickly and MUCH sooner than expected!

Very helpful staff, things are always where you expect to find them, even the cart collector guy helped me load my bag of concrete patch! Smiling all the while! Nice clean site, nice people.

Well-stocked; super-friendly and knowledgeable staff. I now make the longer trek to this store, rather than the 'blue store' that's closer to my home.

I will go out of my way to visit the store everyone there is kind polite and eager to help I appreciate all the workers that work there and for all the help they've done for me through the years and continue to do for me now thank you everyone you guys are awesome

I went in to buy a tripod sprinkler because online it said the store had 5 available. When I got there…no sprinklers where they should have been. I found Ginger….she was such a huge help!!! We located the box high on the shelf and she got a ladder and got me a tripod sprinkler. So many times if it says online there are some available at the store but when you get there, there’s none. When I’d ask I’m normally told….sometimes online is not up to date. Ginger went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Thank you Ginger!!!!

Ordered a Tub/shower with surround, first time it arrived with only the tub no surround. Spent 1.5 hours at customer service desk before they told me they would call later. Had to reorder everything and next time it arrived it was damaged. No were sorry, how about 10% off your next order, Nothing. So after 8 weeks, still no tub/shower.

store was clean, saw no employee not wearing a mask, a few customers do need mask wearing reminder and proper wearing of mask such as cover your nose! Store could and should enforce mask wearing during this pandemic.

Today at The Home Depot they did an excellent job helping us in the paint department. It's not always like that but today was different. They went above and beyond. Thank you Kym. We will be back to do more project and hope we have the same type of help.

Great Customer Service!

We purchased an item that we had issues with. It contained epoxy and had vague directions on how to apply it. After contacting the manufacturer for help, we contacted the Manager, Kyle, at Home Depot. He was helpful and was also willing to give us a product to try to remedy the issue. We appreciate his willingness to help us and will continue to be a customer. Thank you Kyle.

I am located as close to the Walker store as I am to the Kentwood store. Though I like both stores, I always find what I'm looking for at the Walker store. Associates are always friendly and helpful and offer suggestions when asked for one.

Found a ceiling fan on the website it said there were 3 in stock. When I put them in the cart to pay for curbside pickup it said they didn't have any. I called and talked to Evan in the electrical department. He hunted the fan down. It was on a pallet in the back of the store. Great example of customer service. This store is a little farther for me but willing to make the drive for superior customer service. Thanks so much Evan!

This location has stepped it up- knowledgable employees eager to help, always glad to see you, and will help loading and picking and don't hide from a little work like the boys in blue. Clean, stocked and ready to rock is how i say this store gets down on a daily basis. Managment - keep it up...its working...and well might i add. If your in a hurry - #1 depot for time to check out. my fastest to date was 36 seconds from the time i entered to the time i left. granted i only purchased a propane tank but thats all the time it took and the cashier did the work , go see for yourself. you will be happy you did. five star*****- Aaron-Allen Concepts

Finishing the living room in the basement and received 3 quotes for carpet installation and Home Depot was almost $500 less for the same grade of carpet and padding.

Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable employees (McKenna is awesome!), prices are reasonable, selection of items/stock is good - easy to find and if you can't find it there is always an employee near by to help
