Once you find someone shopping is great. They are very helpful and pleasant.

I bought some landscape rocks. Chris was working that area of the store and was super helpful.

I appreciate someone running out to parking lot to find me to bring items I left on counter. That was really nice. Also, someone offered to load up my vehicle, totally unnecessary but appreciated none the less. Worth going out of my way to go to this location over the one closer to me. The paint went on like a dream, so easy to work with and I loved the new micro fiber rollers.

Home Depot almost always has the items I need in stock, and delivery is fast if something needs to be ordered. The employees are always friendly and helpful as well.

I purchased several appliances for my home and was thankful for the courteous associate i was able to work with. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of my purchase. Thanks Maria! We need more like you!

Bought a Bosch 500 dishwasher and install was Oct 18. Unit was defective and got repeated E24 errors. Leaking under sink during drain and unit wasn't anchored appropriately. HD sent plumber. He did nothing but suggest replacement. 2nd install Oct 10 - techs left and unit wasn't anchored correctly, kick plate was missing, lead was as bad or perhaps worse, and unit was scratched on control panel. Also were still owed $185 on initial unit and install refund. Techs were sent on Oct 12. Leak was improved but still leaks. Waiting on kick plate and further leak fix as well as $185 refund as of Oct 13th. All technicians have been pleasant, however I still don't have a fully functioning dishwasher. The second one runs, but the leak issue under the sink, caused by the first install still exists.

Cheryl in Painting helped me find everything I needed and gave advice on best products for my project.

I went to this store with little expectations. I went to purchase a laundry room sink/cabinet. All employees were on top of their game, friendly, personable. Nothing daunting about this trip. IF I had a question/needed assistance, an employee was always around. Their was a gentlemen with a cane, who helped me and I didn't want to trouble him with getting up, etc. He didn't skip a beat and guided me with everything. My cashier, Lakresha, she was just energetic and I was glad to be in her line. She really topped my whole overall shopping experience on this day!

The folks that I spoke to were very friendly but I had a concern with my order. The multiple people I spoke to said they would give my information to an assistant manager or customer service representative and then I hear nothing. This has happened twice. The main concern was that I purchased 5 Day carpet installation (because I wanted a quick turnaround) and when they contacted me to schedule the service, the first day they could do it was 9 days later. I was also charged an extra $150 to expedite the service (even though this was their own promise). I would think that they would address my concerns. I would have been ok with a discount and/or the $150 taken off. The people I spoke to say that makes sense but this issue is "above them." I hate that I got the run around. I hope that the carpet is actually installed correctly.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to your project and can help you from the beginning to the end.

This store has a great variety of products and staff to help you find what you are looking for. Also, great tips!

I have been buying hardware items in this Waukesha home Depot for the past 6 years. Never even disappointed one time. I get want I want from this store. Nice and happy face employees works here.

In returning a failed water heater the clerk bent over backwards to see that I was treated right.

I went to this store a few times now and each time the employee I dealt with were super friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing and if they weren't sure went and found out. I will go back here. My experience here was just very pleasant. I would highly recommend this store to other women who want to find helpful and friendly people to help them get their projects done. .

I have not had one bad experience shopping in that store ever. I have been shopping at that Waukesha location for 20 years. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service from John K (young man) the other day. We went into the store not knowing where things were and instead of just telling us and sending us on our way, he took us right where we needed to be. Along the way he was flagged down by several other customers and he handled those folks as well or got someone to assist them. You need more John’s on your team.

The checker was wonderful! She wore a facial, safety mask!!! Thank you, Sujitha!!! I wore my mask as well. I am vaccinated, but my 1 year old granddaughter is not. I do not want to be a carrier and possibly infect her. I love Home Depot, but was disappointed that other checkers and employees did not wear masks. I may shop elsewhere in the future unless Sujitha is there.

Free quote/measurement not true. Was charged $40.00. Computers need upgrade as they are terribly slow.
