The front store manager and cashier daijah was very kind and helpful. I will be visiting this location again!

Many of the employees in Milworks are not trained. And asking for a manager is a complete waste of time. Mark as to be among the worst.

Recommend this Home Depot for great customer service snd checkout

I frequent this location quite often to purchase supplies for my handyman projects. The associates are always friendly and helpful which cuts down on the amount of time spent in the store.

I'm giving an excellent review on product availability and cleanliness but, most of all, this store hires senior citizens who add an element of caring to their customers. Fast, helpful, efficient. That's why I shop at Wesley Chapel Home Depot.

Home Depot Flat Schoals is a great location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I found the perfect Command wall hooks that I needed to use in my bathroom with my shower curtains tiebacks, the exact color i needed as well.

Went to return some items even after I presented my receipt , they made me feel like I had stolen the items I purchased with my hard earned money at the home Depot on Wesley chapel in Decatur Ga please don't inquire about cash refund because they say specifically at this one they do not do this. I know for a fact that this is untrue. Felt more like I was being racially profiled than any unfortunately..

I really had a nice experience at the Home Depot today, even though the store was super busy with people dealing with the aftermath of frozen pipes. Both Joy and Cynthia helped me with a smile on their face and made me feel as though they loved making their customers feel special! Two people who work in the pumbling part, a gentleman and a woman who were there, were treating people very badly, with bad answers and they were not interested in helping to look for a product, when I went to ask for help it was the same thing, the two were not interested and they were super arrogant, I don't know why they are working at home depot, I really like shopping at home depot but I will definitely think before going to that location again

Bought the last of an item from Cyber Monday Sale but this item had been returned and was in the secured area somehow. A manager (Amie) noticed and took care of my return item and switched item out for a new one.

I have had multiple poor customer service experiences at this location, especially at the Customer Service Desk and at Tool Rental. The employees seemed annoyed to have to help me. Apparently I was interrupting personal conversations that were being had.

There were a lot of customers ready to check out this morning 11/10/22. Cashier Jacqueline W was ready for us. She provided GREAT SERVICE and with a BIG SMILE!!!

Found everything I wanted and needed, store was very clean and neat and the staffm cashiers and stock ppl very friendly

Please remind the staff, it is okay not to be on their cell phones to text while they are at work. They should focus more on customer service.

Ms. Joy at the register, Ms. Charessa, and Mr. Williams. They provide some of the best customer service that I have ever received her in Atlanta. The store didn't have a Dehumidifier that I wanted. Ms. Charessa and Mr. Williams went to great lengths to make sure that I got my Dehumidifier. I left the store a VERY happy customer and it didn't hurt that Home Depot takes a lot of pride in their military customers. Great job!!!!!
