I love Home Depot and the service I receive there!!!

Michele, middle aged women, said she's been with Home Depot many years helped us with a new Matag washer and dryer. Had a difficult time with getting a manager, likely because it was after 8pm. Stuck with us for about 45 minutes then said, sorry I can't get a manager to assist so I'll get back to you tomorrow. We left with nothing. AM the next morning she called, straightened out the problem from night before and we took delivery on a new washer and dryer. She also gave us a $50 credit on our account for the aggravation we went through the night before. Thanks Michele.

Many stores nowadays are understaffed and the staff they have are less than helpful. The Western Hills store, in Cincinnati, OH is not one of those stores. Employees are helpful and it's easy to find someone to ask a question.

This was by far the best staffed Home Depot location that I have had occasion to visit. In particular, "Nate the Great" was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. Throughout the store, there was always an employee available to answer a question and they were all very proactive in seeing a customer who looked lost.. In a store with so many different products, sometimes the product that might be appropriate in more than one department is very difficult to find. The employees were always there to point me in the right direction. Never had to surge for an employee to help. Great store.

I'm extremely happy with the price of the wood Designer blinds that they offer and how inexpensive it costs for them to Install the blinds in the home

I am always happy with the service I receive at the Western Hills location. Prices are reasonable too.

I think my comment card/survey was HEARD from last year !!! Flower selection this year exceeds ANY YEAR I've been shopping Home Depot !!!!

I was very unhappy with a grill purchase made several months ago. Return policy was 90 days, because I used my H.D. card it was extended to 1yr.. Very Happy with process of return.

Ashantianna helped me find 2 nails...2 NAILS MIND YOU, I needed that were in boxes on a top shelf! It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but SHE DID IT !!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is a VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE TO HAVE AT HOME DEPOT !!!!! THANK YOU ASHANTIANNA!

Just spoke with Customer Service Rep, Jen Z. She went out of her way to offer superior service during a phone conversation where I was looking to see if an item was in stock. She actually secured the item and took payment over the phone for me to pick up later today. You could tell she cares about the customers and wants to leave a great lasting impression of your experience shopping at The Home Depot. You don't run into very many good service expreinces but this one actually made me say outloud that I would drive out of my way to shop at her store over my hometown! Way to go Jen Z. and The Home Depot for finding such a Gem for your team!

I've been having bedbug problems in a buliding I own and lease to the Veterans Administration Community Outreach Center; many of the Veterans who come to the building are homeless and carry bedbugs and lice (sad but true). I needed some very srong spray because commercial exterminators have simply not done the job. Your employees were very helpful in directing me to the insecticide I should use, and I'm confident this will be more efficient than the products being used by the "professionals".

My wife and I and to purchase a new entry door, but had to have it picked up the next day. I encountered Nate the Great while looking for help, and he immediately said he’d meet us in the aisle at the doors. Within 2 minutes he was there with a flat cart, and loaded the heavy door. Even though I tried to help, he said, “I got this”. Almost to the checkout, I got a text reminding me to get shims. I asked where to find them, as I was going to run back, he told me that he would get them. He explained to the cashier how to ring the order for next day pickup, and before she was done, he was back with the shims. I’ve been to this store a hundred times, and have never encountered someone as helpful and professional as Nate the Great.
